Here is an honest review … take the positives and negatives and make your own judgement ! I am here now and I can honestly say the hotel is great it’s spacious without being HUGE the splash park is fab …it’s clean and some parts are dated but when things break it’s fixed straight away …. Here’s the negatives !!! If you’re not French … you are invisible !! NOT ONE entertainment team has spoken to us in the whole time … not even a hello !! We have a child so I would have thought at least they would try to include her alas she is not French either … and the French well you’d think they were royalty they push / take and are generally down right rude. The upside to this the pool bar staff are great Kaleen is fabulous with a smile And some wit at all times of the day and Ali in the pool staff again amazing and friendly at least engaging in a conversation at times … … back to the negatives …Reception WOW if you don’t deal in Euros you are literally up the creek without a padel … anyway great hotel and could be amazing … would I come back no I doubt it .. one other positive - food was pretty decent at all times of the day !!

Great trip to Tunisia, the hotel is excellent, the staff very welcoming, the animation team really dynamic and friendly.. I recommend this hotel and Jumbo club.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and always available. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pool is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly. The meals were varied with many Tunisian specialties, and everyone can find their happiness there. The hotel is well-located, just a few minutes from the beach, allowing for a full enjoyment of the vacation. A big thank you to the entire animation team (especially Dembele) for their kindness and professionalism.
