Alba Ankara

The hotel is centrally located, the rooms were very small, old and poorly maintained, the bathroom was very small and the beds were a little hard. The room given to us was a crooked room, there was no lighting in the closet area. Breakfast is okay. The employees were friendly and courteous. It was a price performance hotel.

The Alba has a superb location in middle of restaurant precinct, easy walking everywhere. I got rm #506, not too generous in size, but perfect for solo traveler. It's pretty much a standard modern room with a comfy double bed, crisp sheets, with all amenities, small desk, TV, safe, open wifi, free water - all fairly crisp & clean. A tiny balcony looks out to pedestrian street. Compact bathroom with plenty of toiletries and a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast is available from 7am upstairs on the top floor in huge sun-lit room with reasonable views ; enormous buffet style with the usual Turkish offerings : lots of cold cheese, meats, olives and salads. No egg station, but good coffee. The Alba offers great value for money, is convenient and I would stay again.

I would like to thank Mr. Uğur from the reception for his help and nice conversation. He is very kind and gentle. Likewise, I hope I'm not remembering wrong. Deniz Lady should not be left without comment. I chose the standard room and liked it. The price is quite affordable for such a hotel. There is no iron in the room, which I see missing, and the lighting in the bathroom is very inadequate. A hotel with breakfast included. The breakfast variety is very wide and I saw that hygiene rules were strictly followed. If you go to Ankara, you can see that you will not have any accommodation problems by coming to this hotel.
