Anik Suite Hotel Alanya

Review of Anik Hotel - booked through TUI Unfortunately we were very disappointed about Anik Hotel. The staff is nice and welcoming, but that is also the only positive we can emphasize – besides the fact that the hotel is close to the beach. The majority of guests are very older regular guests, which makes the atmosphere more like a nursing home than a holiday hotel. They have fixed tables where they sit and smoke, which is not very inviting. The pool area is worn out, the mattresses should have been replaced for a long time, and although there are many flowers and trees, it is clear that the area is not being kept. The room also did not live up to expectations: the beds are worn and almost destroyed, puds have fallen from the wall behind the door and are not removed, the towels are yellow and look dirty, and used glasses and cups are not taken away during cleaning. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately the worst thing we've experienced at a hotel. Very limited selection, sad quality, and it won’t be filled up. We had prepared ourselves that the standard would not be luxury, but we had no desire to stay at either the pool area or the restaurant. All in all a very disappointing experience and we can not recommend Anik Hotel.

Lovely hotel with super cute and welcoming staff! Especially their manager does everything for you to have a fantastic holiday. The location is also absolutely fantastic, we thought the hotel was 3 km from city life, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and basar streets just outside the door and 10 steps to the beach! And the hotel is located on a slightly quieter side street so we were not bothered by the noise. Not all employees speak English, but they would love to help everyone. Fantastic pool area, a tropical oasis! - and the staff was so kind to allow us to have a couple of friends on a visit one day at the pool/pool bar. We also got a balcony with sea views although we had not ordered with views, it was super! The only bad thing was the beds! Really tough!And then it was the worst pillows we've ever tried to sleep with - and that means little when you don't sleep well for a whole week 😅 Tip: there is a low rod in the small shower cabin with sharp edges, which you constantly hit your head on, wrap a towel around it so you don't get hurt!

Super family hotel, preferred by German couples who come here regularly. There is a garden with palm trees, olive trees and tropical plants where you can enjoy wonderful time. The pool is not huge, but beautiful. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy. And the sea is less than 100 meters away. German is spoken. Very helpful, friendly staff.
