Arabella Hotel

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! We were more than just disappointed. Exploited from start to finish; on the first day we were supposed to have a meeting with our guide, but no one at the reception was interested in that or wanted to help, and when they did help, they were just annoyed. I only saw 1-2 nice employees; everyone else acts as if they would rather do anything else than work here. Totally uncomfortable atmosphere. Every day there is the same food at the buffet, but that's not all. At the snack bar, there are completely disgusting burgers every, really every single day, with such a thick slice of tomato to make the burger look bigger. If you ask for more fries, you are looked at stupidly and ignored. I have never experienced anything so disrespectful. There are broken glass shards in the hallways, and the food is full of hair and inedible. It is incomprehensible to me how people can enjoy their vacation here. Even at the pool bar, you don't get what you paid quite a lot of money for in advance. When asked if you could get your drink in a normal glass instead of a plastic cup, you are just laughed at. Until we called the manager and the waiters were reprimanded. Such a scene, and all we wanted was to have a few drinks. Luckily, we were able to move to another hotel after a few days; we simply couldn't have stood it here any longer. When checking into the room, there was already hair on the sink! Rooms were cleaned once in the 7 days; only after we complained did we get new towels very quickly!!!! Please do not go to this hotel; so many guests we met were so disappointed, and many also want to move to another hotel. Please don't do it, even if it is a bit cheaper compared to other hotels. We therefore wasted 7 days of our vacation here.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Nazım very much. He welcomed us very well and helped us with everything. The staff are also very polite and do their jobs professionally. You understand that you have come to a good hotel as soon as you arrive. You can enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. The beach and the sea are very beautiful, and you can easily reach them via an underpass about 300-400 meters away. If you wish, you can also reach the sea with your own vehicle.

Not tu bad hotel entertainment staff is lovely Murat karolina and umut . Shame about WiFi is tu expensive £18 for 7 days about food there were no Turkish bread or nan bread for first 8 days of our trip finding knife and spoon is mission sometime rooms are lovely only if you get in reception main building .
