This hotel is not english friendly ok the food was repetitive with no english labels on it, staff are pleasant enough with broken english, rooms small, it is close to the beach, no entertainment pool small that's it, so if you are English stay well away ok

I was at this hotel for 4 days when Turkey turned Red with Covid any way I agree with what people are writing here, my biggest gripe was nothing was labeled on the food in English all Russian German and Polish, the drinks were strong, food repetitive staff friendly but only spoke broken English, clean rooms, no entertainment what so ever, the beach is near that's it, the cable car a rip off nice views going up, but you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the top and with just a few stalls and a bar at the top, with overpriced drinks.there you have been told

Jjust came back from holiday, saw the reviews after booking the hotel and we had no choice, We will not advise anyone to book this hotel, the cleaning goes on the all day and there is rubbish everywhere, used plates, cup, glasses. The toilets where so dirty that we had to go out and buy bleach before using the toilet. The food was terrible, mainly salads that smelt like they were going off most of the time. The pool area was dirty, even the reception area which is meant to be the most important place in a hotel was always dirty. No English speaking people, but the staff where so friendly even if they did not speak any English. The bonus is it is near the beach and lots of shopping areas, including a big shopping centre which is about 10 mins walk and not far from the city centre,
