Came to Bilkay late at night and had booked a double room instead got a large family suite where the smell of mold was extensive.
Had to change to a room on the 3rd floor the day after that that was fresh and smelled good.
But after 2 days without cleaning, we had to let them know and then they came and quickly cleaned.
Then it goes 2 days without cleaning then we told you again and then they came every day but did not change towels unless you told us, do not change sheets on our entire 14 day stay.
We still had a good vacation because of the nice young guy in the pool bar and the older night guard who was super nice.
The location was great but the cleanliness beneath all criticism.
