Club Hotel Caretta Beach

Hotel generally a bit dated inside. You have to pay for wifi - 4 euro per day per device! Signal is poor and often drops out. If you visit this hotel get an e-sim or roaming data on your phone. Food standard buffet no frills but good enough. The sauna and turkish bath are not free on all inclusive packages, again extra fees for these facilities. Reception staff can be slow and come across like they cant be bothered. Some waiting staff can be a bit forward and somewhat over friendly towards female guests. Entertaining staff at poolside and evening entertainment is decent. Fitness classes, pool and slides all fine. Access to beach easy. Plenty sun loungers but you have to be early to get one. Towels all placed out early doors with no guests to be seen. This happens despite signs detailing not to do so. Free beach towels, 1 per guest and can be changed twice per week. Plenty shopping on the doorstep of hotel, reasonable prices with usual turkish bartering on price. On a night you are Limited really to the hotel, no other bars or restaurants nearby. Drinks on all inclusive a bit drab and Limited. Bus to next big town - Alanya is easy to get at the end of the access road to hotel. Bus takes turkish or euro, however euro is more favoured in shops and markets. Wouldn't recommend this hotel, look around before you book anything at this place.

I would like to recognize the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. From the warm welcoming and helpful reception staff to the clean and comfortable environment that truly felt like a home away from home, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank my massage therapist Madi, for her outstanding care. She quickly identified the areas of tension and, with remarkable expertise and exceptional technique, provided the best massage I have ever experienced. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely grateful for her professionalism and skill. I highly recommend both the relaxing mixed massage and the traditional Turkish bath to anyone visiting. Both experiences were exceptional and made my stay truly memorable. **We stayed at the hotel from July 23 to July 29, and I'd like to share our experience.** ## 🌊 Beach & Sea The sea, just like anywhere else, depends on the weather. On calm days, the water was crystal clear and amazingly clean. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but it wasn't a problem for us. The walk to the beach is very pleasant thanks to the shaded pathway. ## 🏨 Check-in & Check-out Whenever possible, guests are checked in earlier than the official check-in time. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is that both on the day of arrival (even if your room is not yet ready) and after check-out, you can continue using all hotel facilities free of charge, including the pools, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment, and all other services. The only exception is the room, as it needs to be prepared for the next guests. You can also leave your luggage in the storage room free of charge (with a refundable deposit). ## 😊 Staff The staff is one of the main reasons why I would recommend this hotel. After many years of traveling, we have never met such friendly, welcoming, cheerful, smiling, and genuinely caring people. Every single employee does their best to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Special thanks to the reception team, lifeguards, entertainment team, security staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeeping staff, and everyone else working at the hotel. Every team member performs their job exceptionally well. It was especially impressive to see their genuine smiles and positive attitude even in temperatures above 40°C. Before our departure, one of the staff members who helped us with our luggage surprised us with a small gift. It was such a thoughtful gesture and became another wonderful memory of our holiday. ## ✨ Cleanliness The hotel is exceptionally clean. Rooms are cleaned regularly unless you leave the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The swimming pool is kept spotless even when the hotel is fully booked. The hotel grounds, hallways, restaurants, bars, and public restrooms were also very clean and well maintained. ## 🍽 Food The menu is fairly similar from day to day, but we didn't see this as a disadvantage. Every day there was a wide selection of delicious, fresh, and well-prepared food. ## 🎭 Entertainment The entertainment program is outstanding. There are activities around the pool throughout the day, great programs for children, and fantastic evening shows. I had read reviews saying it was too noisy, but for us it was exactly the opposite. The music created a wonderful holiday atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. ## 🛏 Room The room had everything we needed: a free safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, and slippers. Drinking water was always replenished, and we could also ask the housekeeping staff for extra bottles whenever needed. On extremely hot days, the hallways became a little warmer after 7:00 p.m. because the air conditioning was turned off, but this had absolutely no impact on our vacation. ## 📍 Location The hotel is conveniently located near an amusement park, many shops, pharmacies, souvenir stores, and cafés. Alanya is also easy and quick to reach. There are plenty of showers and clean public restrooms around the hotel. We especially appreciated the warm-water showers before heading home. Wi-Fi is paid, but we knew this before arriving, so we simply used mobile roaming. ## ❤️ Our Overall Impression We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't even feel like going on excursions. We simply relaxed and enjoyed every single day at the hotel. We would be very happy to return again! ## 👧 Our 10-Year-Old Daughter's Opinion *"I really loved the water slides—they didn't scratch my back at all. Our room was very clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. Everything in the hotel was clean, the staff was very kind, and the noise never bothered me. The only thing I sometimes missed was having labels next to the dishes, so it would be easier to know what each dish was."*
