I actually have nothing bad to say about the hotel, maybe just besides the lack of shadow space at the pool. There are a lot of sunbeds and a relatively large pool, but there is not really the possibility of getting shadow all day (you can move around for shadow) when you travel with a baby and a bleach. The cleaning is really nice. Good beds. Good darkness. Good big shower. We stayed in the recently renovated part and it is done really nice and tasteful.

We were there from 19/6 untill 26/7. It's a nice hotel, housekeeping was very good. Only the staff was very rude, not in the mood for a conversation, always in a bad mood and letting you feel like youre a burden. I've been in turkey many times and I never experienced staff like that. They are always looking angry and annoyed and thet were never laughing. I saw a couple of them laughing 1 time, and that was about another guest and the way she looked, they made fun of her. Very rude. Everyone looks like they are forced to work there and prefer to stay home. Because of that I would not recommend coming here. I always stayed in hotels where staff was very friendly en made you feel warm and welcome. The opposite is happening here.

Warning to all travelers! We had three confirmed bookings for three families, but when we arrived no rooms were available for any of us. The hotel did not respect our reservations and did not offer any reasonable solution or assistance. This shows very poor organisation and a lack of responsibility. Based on our experience, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
