Very bad hotel and very bad food and drink service very bad my advice no one going to eat there is very smelly and not tasty and same food every day

The impressions are very negative, especially as regards the reception, where only hams work, especially the welcome one, which worked on July 23, 28 and 29. The surcharge number doesn't want to renew explaining they can't clean it up. Why? 9:00 p.m. room will be available and check-in at 2:00 p.m.? The cleaners have been cleaning since 8:00 in the morning, which is not the case, just a grudge. Concordia Hotel is not recommended. No paper is brought in the room, you have to catch the cleaner, the room is old, the air conditioning is only in one mode, the toilet room is in terrible condition: the tap is leaking, there is mold. They eat the same thing every day. There is no variety and no choice in food: in the morning eggs, cereal and milk and tomato salad. French fries are constant all day, but sick of them, mashed and in the oven seen twice in seven days. The wifi in the lobby is terrible, it doesn't work, you can only write and it slows down, you can't call. To buy Wi-FI, you need to go to the reception after 4:00 p.m. at other times you can't, I don't know why, but I resented it a lot when I needed to contact a travel agent urgently upon arrival I couldn't even do it for money.
