Delphin de Luxe Resort

The hotel is very nice, the food and drinks and the staff are excellent. We would especially like to thank Burak from Public Relations for his sincere and helpful attitude towards us.

My family and I are very much in love with this hotel, this year was the third time , service, service, cleaning rooms and beach at altitude , chic cuisine, variety of dishes, wonderful entertainment , animation, holidays , but there is one BUT , which this time ruined our whole vacation ! There is a fur and leather store on the property, the seller of which is a certain Kazim , so he persistently and annoyingly pestered us every day on the beach , so that we would go to the fur store outside the hotel . On our rejection, he kept insisting and annoying us. We explained that we needed textiles and bags, but not furs, to which he began to assure us that there were textiles and bags in that store and that we would find everything! He also claimed that the trip from the hotel will take 15 minutes, we will be taken personally and if we find nothing, then immediately, WITHOUT WAITING, we will be taken back the same way! We only agreed to let him leave us alone, especially since we wanted to buy a bag and drive 15 minutes is not so tedious! On the appointed day, the three of us were driven to the store , the trip was 30 minutes , instead of the promised 15 , further we saw the store ONLY fur coats , the promised huge store with textiles and bags we did not find , telling the sellers that we had been scammed , the sellers asked "did you bald send here ?", apparently scammed were not only us and they knew that he was scheming by luring tourists this way to their store. We were immediately pointed to the exit and the interesting thing started here! We were simply refused a ride back to the hotel, suggesting that we call a taxi for example, and added that we get to the hotel as we please! To our indignation was offered to wait 30 minutes , while drivers just sat smoking and transfers were free ! Promises that we'd be taken immediately without waiting were also false! We were really scared because we three women, no contact, no hotel phone numbers, ended up in a foreign country, no language skills, in an obscure place and unable to get to the hotel! My mom's blood pressure went up, we were all under a lot of stress! When I started swearing and demanding to take us to the hotel, otherwise I will go to the police, only after a brief negotiation in Turkish did the drivers put us in a transfer. We had been driving to the hotel for 35 minutes, so we were hooked up with another family and a baby, who they didn't want to take back either and dropped them off. We were really scared and stressed! Arriving at the hotel late we didn't find this Kazim, not the managers we could complain to! Then in the morning we complained to the managers and we met with the shopkeeper who promised to move Kazim to another hotel and that he would no longer work in Dolphin! However, now our friends are on vacation in the hotel, who came to Dolphin on our recommendations and it turns out that Kazim was returned to the hotel as soon as we left and he continues to cheat other hotel guests! We really hate that a man like that would ruin the face and make of such a wonderful hotel, that such nasty people work in it and it's been returned despite the fact that he's cheated , lying to leave hotel guests in trouble, endangering them for profit! We've wanted to go back to this hotel many times and recommend it to our friends, but we're afraid of this man and we don't want to ruin our vacation by watching him at the hotel! Let's hope the hotel management sees our review and takes a tough line on this vendor and he can't work in Dolphin anymore!

The very well-maintained and beautiful hotel grounds are a positive highlight. The food was delicious and varied. We liked it less that predominantly only local alcoholic beverages were offered. In addition, the tables in the restaurant were often sticky, the room cleaning was only average, and the bathrooms in the family rooms are in urgent need of renovation. There is a clear need for improvement here overall. Unfortunately, I cannot give this hotel more than 3 stars.
