We had a wonderful holiday! The hotel's cleanliness, the variety of food, the comfort of the rooms, and the attentiveness of all the staff far exceeded our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable and valued. The animation team added a whole new dimension to our holiday. I would especially like to thank Tolga and Yusuf. Their energy, friendly demeanor, and attentive service to each guest were truly commendable. Thanks to the activities they organized throughout the day and the evening entertainment, we weren't bored for a single moment. Their effort to make us enjoy ourselves was truly noticeable. I'm at the hotel right now, yes, it's a five-star hotel, but the sea is terrible. Everyone I've talked to says you need to be a master swimmer to be able to swim in it; it gets extremely deep after just one step. Apparently, there are loggerhead turtles there. And to find a sunbed by the pool, I have to wake up at six in the morning to leave my towel, which I think is disrespectful. Yes, the rooms are spotless, I have no complaints about that, but the food routine is the same. I've been here for three days, and we haven't eaten any meat other than diced meat; it's either turkey or chicken. And then there's the child who drowned right before our eyes on July 12th, 2026. Was it the hotel's negligence or the family's? But the pain is immense. My children's psychology has been affected by this incident. I wanted to leave the hotel, but they wouldn't refund our money. They said the matter was closed. How can they forget another life in less than 24 hours? What I mean is, right now we're just forced to spend time here because they haven't refunded our money, that's all.
