The hotel caters for families hugely which suited us as a family of 5 very much. Plenty to eat with all inclusive restaurant and snacks. Plenty of choice. There are 2 large pools, one caters mainly for children with slides for Children & Adults alike. Animation Team - What can i say, they made us feel very welcome and managed to get us all involved in the activities without any huge pressure. We had an amazing time during the day with Darts & Pellet Gun Target Shooting & in the evening with kids disco, bingo, and external entertainers. Huge shout out to Burak who got us involved and did so with so much enthusiasm, the kids and I loved it. So thank you very much Burak. Hotel is clean, the pools can get busy at times but not too rammed. The cleaners for the rooms are great and clean you room daily if you wish or every other day. Enjoyable stay and would certainly come again. Thank you

The animation team made our holiday. They treated us like family. Looked after us. The main people on the team was burak, rain and hero the actives we join is was really run and the team when out there was to talk to us.

Right so to put this into perspective please listen up and read this before you go! Hotel food: The food is the same on the buffet every night, there is only 1 type of food that changes and that is the meat that the young chaps rips off for you with his hands. Food all tastes the same and is of low quality, all the deserts taste the same too and they don’t even have cheese pizza something so simple, I have a 2 year old and she hasn’t been eating the whole time we have had to get her bread. Rooms: This was the worst part, the air conditioning flooded our bedroom floors it was running out the vents, the double doors were not attached onto the balcony they had fell of the runners from the previous lodgers and had not been fixed. The mould in the bathroom was horrible and diddnt let my little girl in there. I asked for a cott twice and never got one so the whole holiday she slept in the bed with us. Horrible room and would have preferred the beach to sleep on if it wasn’t 40 degrees. Pictures attached, the bed had so many stains on them clearly not cleaned at all. Life guards: They don’t guard the people as they are meant to they are just playing games and flirting with people all day long thinking they are off love island or something, don’t rely on them to save your kids. Grounds: Grounds are ok, you have a good distance to walk especially I you got to the island through the underground tunnel, you can get about 6,000 steps in with a return trip. Pools: The pools are rammed and completely packed, you have a ball to the head every 5 minutes if you just want to relax, although they are quiet clean considering the amount of people in them. Evening entertainment: This is actually pretty good for our child she loved it, although we didn’t stay up for the adult entertainment the kids stuff was decent. Overall review Don’t go if you want a clean space for you children we went in July 2026 22nd for 1 week.
