Grand Santana Hotel

It was the third time at the hotel. Price-quality match. The room has everything, cleaning every day. The restaurant is magnificent, located on the seventh floor, offering beautiful views of the sea and Alanya. Food is everything and everything fresh. There's a lot of choice. The staff are friendly, always helpful on any issue. Great pier on the beach to jump from and dive. Loving is a hotel spa, hammam and massage are great. The hotel is located in a good location, in the evening you can walk around the city, shopping and along the waterfront. The hotel is a little far from Antalya Airport, so we chose a private trnsphere from " Excursions to/from Alanya. Tours at Alik's", the page went to the VC. We were met by a beautiful driver in a comfortable car, welcome drinks, a TV with all channels. It was quick and comfortable. Also tours also rode from Alik, sve clearly, quickly, cheaper than hotel guides and very welcoming. Thanks to them we have experienced all the charms of Eastern hospitality! We were a family of 4 from the UK. We are just back from a 10 day stay and had a lovely time, hotel was really nice and staff very helpful. Rooms a good size and we had a lovely view of the sea and pool. Food was nice always lots of choice but they could cater a bit better for UK people. The resort itself was nice, lots of bars/shops and restaurants. Sunny Bar was the best food and drinks amazing and only 5 mins from the hotel. Defo worth a visit. Only downside of the hotel was the sun loungers, there is defo not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. If you didn't have your towels down on a sun lounger for 7.30am then you aren't getting a sun longer that day (even though there is a sign not to reserve beds, hotel staff didn't remove any of the towels which they should be) The hotel need to get more sun loungers as I did notice alot of unhappy people when they came down and had nowhere to sit.

Holidayed in Sanza Grand Santana with the whole family and were very pleased! The hotel left a pleasant experience: cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and beautiful sea. Special thanks to the animation team, namely Andrei and Nastya. It is thanks to them that our holiday became truly bright and unforgettable. These are incredibly positive, energetic and attentive people who can create a great mood for both children and adults. Every day they held interesting events, games, competitions and evening programs in which they wanted to participate over and over again. Andrei and Nastia are the real professionals of their business. They put their soul into their work, they know how to approach every guest and they create such a friendly atmosphere that you feel like you're among old friends. Our children were thrilled, and we enjoyed participating in the activities with them. Thank you to the entire Sanza Grand Santana team for their wonderful holiday, and to Andrei and Nastya a special huge thank you for their sincere smiles, care, positivity and unforgettable emotions! We will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to all our friends and acquaintances!
