The two men at the front desk struck me with their rudeness. One, shutting me up right away, said he didn't care what I said because the hotel had its own rules. And the second said something like, "You don't want to wait for the porter, go look for the number, I don't care how you find it." I've been blown away by that attitude! I don't know if they were trained to do that or if it was innate. They gave us a number that was assassinated as a bomb. Even without apologising, as if nothing happened, provided another. This other one didn't match the one I paid for: instead of a double + a single + there were 2 single + as in the pioneer camp. No Wi-Fi in the room at all. “We have it everywhere, and you have the standard number,” they replied to me. I ended up working on my laptop in the cafeteria. Hotel windows haven't been washed in five years, rooms haven't washed floors or sinks. To take the elevator, you had to be patient and airy. It's stuffy and he stopped at every turn, one even broke down and didn't work for four days. And the elevator is only 2 to a big hotel with 5 floors. When I was asked to give me a second card from the room (there were two of us in the room), I was turned down, saying they had this system. I needed the second card to charge my laptop for work. When asked if it would be possible to charge it at the reception, I was told no. I mean, at this hotel, every little thing became a problem. Just as rude were the girls on the juice spill. They tried to put me in a line that I was already in, and I ended up waiting for my juice because of their stubbornness and their desire to show me that they were in charge. Whether I liked it in this "5-star hotel" - judge for yourself.

If you want to make your children sick and catch germs, come here. We booked a 3-night stay at this hotel, and people were kept waiting for hours to check in. The whole hotel was moldy and filthy; we couldn't sleep because of the itching. We barely made it through the night and checked out. The cleanliness was beyond terrible, there were no doors, the TV was broken, the air conditioning didn't cool, we asked for an extra bed but they didn't give us one. The manager was indifferent, the staff were insufficient, everywhere was like a sauna, the forks ran out at dinner, I don't understand, are we supposed to eat with our hands? Everything was filthy, you have to clean your own table, the toilets were dirty, they couldn't even give us towels, we asked for one repeatedly and they brought one, and it had footprints on it. Anyone who stays at this hotel will end up in the hospital. Don't come here. The sea was full of stones, the sunbeds were huge and covered in algae, the pool was also crowded and dirty, a breeding ground for germs.

This hotel is well worth the money we paid. Many things that are charged for in other hotels are free here, such as Turkish coffee, Wi-Fi, popcorn, ice cream, etc. The food is varied, but mushrooms are abundant in everything. Having too many allergens isn't good, but the staff are very good and friendly, especially Mr. Tayfun, the manager, who is a wonderful person. He was very kind and solved our problem regarding the Joly tour at the entrance himself. Thank you, he's a fantastic manager. Thank you, Mr. Tayfun and the staff in the lobby. THE RESORT SIDE OF THE HOTEL IS REALLY NICE... I recommend it. The best hotel you can stay in on a budget.
