Hildegard Hotel

I booked a hotel through an app around May or June, but later had to cancel it due to work. I contacted the hotel, and they said they couldn't cancel the reservation (because I had made a non-cancellable reservation). I then requested a refund of half the amount, but they refused. They didn't cancel the reservation 2-3 months in advance, they demanded money from me for a service I didn't receive, and my holiday was ruined because of the hotel. Pay attention to this when making a reservation and book a hotel so you don't become a victim of financial fraud later. (18.08/25.08)

We were 5 friends on vacation. Needless to say that the hotel lived completely up to what was written - we had also chosen this hotel as it was not so large, as well as that it was an adult hotel. The hotel is a little back from the main street, so there was not much noise. And yet we were super close to everything. The rooms were cosy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was all through lovely and freshly made every morning, so a lovely start to the day. This was my first meeting with Alanya and Turkey, and definitely not the last time. That’s why they get the best recommendations from here

The location is pretty close to attractions, a 10-minute walk from Cleopatra beach. Very pleased with the service. Especially the kitchen staff were very friendly people.I would like to thank the hotel staff I had the opportunity to meet last day, Mr. Soner, Mrs. Zubeyde and Mr. Hasan for their friendly conversations.
