Fabulous location, very well-kept, nestled between the dunes and the sea, pampered by the staff, excellent wines.

I'm still staying at the hotel. Let's start with the positives. The hotel met our expectations. We received the room clean and tidy. The materials in the room are new and adequate. The food is varied and delicious. The pool is adequate. The aquapark has 3 slides, sufficient for children; the slides for adults are small and located in a narrow area. There is no problem with sunbeds and umbrellas. Our requests were fulfilled on time. The options like ice cream, baked potatoes, pita bread, and waffles are satisfactory. There's even free orange juice in the mornings. Being right on the beach is nice. The night shows have been adequate so far. The downsides are: firstly, the staff are extremely grumpy and unenthusiastic. I can give the gentleman working at the bar opposite the reception as a prime example. The gentleman who hosts and directs the night show acts as if he's providing service to foreigners. Despite having our names on the list for karaoke, he repeatedly brought Russians onto the stage, ignoring us. We reported the situation to him, but to no avail. The majority of guests are Russian. The service is geared towards them. Parking is a major problem. The sea is rocky and not very clean. Finding a friendly face seems almost impossible. The room hasn't been cleaned for two days, the towels haven't been changed, and the drinks in the mini-bar haven't been replenished. Perhaps we should have mentioned it; we'll pass on that information. We didn't see any notice posted on the door. These are our objective family comments. I will add any further comments, good or bad, if I have any. We wanted to share these reviews to guide other families who might be considering this hotel.

I recently returned from my holiday at Insula Resort & Spa in Konakli, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank the SPA team. I booked six medical mix massage sessions, and they were one of the best parts of my vacation. The massages were professional, strong, and very effective. After each session I felt relaxed, lighter, and full of energy. A special thank you to my massage therapist, Duran. He is highly skilled, attentive, and truly dedicated to his work. His professionalism made a real difference, and I sincerely appreciate the excellent care I received. I highly recommend both the hotel and its SPA center to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I hope to come back again!
