We stayed here for 11 days in July 2026 as a family. This was our worst holiday in Turkey despite visiting the country many times. Our room was in unacceptable condition: stained mattresses, a cockroach, a leaking toilet, a clogged sink and a broken air conditioner. We spent the first days of our holiday reporting problems instead of relaxing. Although technicians came several times, the issues were never properly resolved. The hotel is far too small for the huge number of guests. There is only one main pool, which was overcrowded all day. Finding a free sunbed was almost impossible unless you reserved one very early in the morning. The loungers and cushions were dirty and stained, the umbrellas were too small, and many areas around the pool were poorly cleaned. Trash bins often overflowed, and the tables near the loungers remained dirty for hours. The restaurant was another major disappointment. It was constantly overcrowded, with long queues even for simple items like pancakes. Plates, glasses, cups and cutlery were frequently dirty. The food selection looked large but consisted mainly of the same ingredients presented in different ways. The coffee from the machines was undrinkable. The hotel staff and management did not provide effective assistance. Guest Relations and the tour representative failed to solve our problems, and the only solution offered was to pay a large extra amount to move to another hotel. The daytime animation was minimal and repetitive, while the evening entertainment was disappointing. By the end of the holiday we no longer wanted to visit the restaurant or the pool. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the beautiful sea. Everything else was far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Let's start with the good stuff, there's no food questions, the baklava is awesome, the grounds themselves are well-kept, the beach and the sea at 5. That's the end of the upside! Let's go for the downside: the hotel doesn't even pull 3! We paid for the room category bungalow standard (fully aware that they will check us in on the 1st-2nd floor) arrived at the hotel at 15:00, waited for check-in until 17!!! We're being put into economy (downgrade). We're two adults and a child: no water in the room, 1 soda bottle 0.33, and lemonades 1 bottle each. Shampoos and something similar are not provided, soap solid 3 pieces, and dispenser (with liquid soap) - empty, towels -2, second bed unmade, sand on the floor, feet to the floor sticky, in the sink strangers hair, mirror in toothpaste! Again we waited 2 hours for the room, when checking in on the hotel website at 14! Calling the front desk, asking them to clear the number. Decided not to ruin our holiday and go to the beach. It's 5:30 p.m. - there are no beach towels, they are issued until 12:00 p.m. We're going to the reception again, asking for towels and the manager. They give us hammam towels, they come to the room with us. It's been 30 minutes, the room's in the same condition, there's no attempt to fix anything. Under the manager "clean" the room, in principle added towels and bed linen, that's it, sand also underfoot. Decided not to scandalize the guide. The morning of the scandal, we got a room change. There are almost no complaints: they asked to clean the toilet, to report small towels (there are none either for some reason). Things seem to be starting to get better. Enjoy the sea, the sun. We do not pay attention that you have to drink from disposable dishes, and when eating check the cleanliness of the plates (every other one is not washed). Day 5 rest room cleaned, no questions, but forgot to report toilet paper. We found it at 9:30 p.m., call reception asking for paper, 00:00 silence, morning 8:00 a.m. silence. Calling the front desk again, so be it. 20 minutes pass, we go to the reception ourselves. And then the genius happens: what's wrong, wait a while longer, and in general you don't like to move out, want to call the police or go to a therapist. Reception staff are roaring, have given out a roll of beach paper, you have to carry yourself (see paper attached). Going back to the paper room still no. Now the beach: not enough sunbeds for everyone! Either you take a seat by the sea at 8:00 a.m., or you drag one sunbed to some heel! Towels tired (good clean) - most of them burned with cigarettes. So you're the one to draw the conclusion! But to me, the level doesn't even go 3*.
