Phenomenal service from Deniz, very friendly and helpfull. Recomennd to everyone.

I am currently being kept waiting at the reception; there is absolutely no attention being paid to me. They gave me a terrible room on the ground floor—I booked for myself and three children, yet there isn't even space to put up a bed. It's a shame.
