The photos on your page are probably from a time when the hotel was significantly younger and had seen better times. There were other awful surprises. There was no hot water in the bathroom to bathe after a long flight, the beds were so hard and old that you could feel the steel on the mattress, the pillows were so tall and hard. It wasn’t an exciting experience, there was tremendously loud Russian music that could be heard from the cafe right across from the hotel. It was probably because the owner did not follow the rules for loud music is not allowed until 24:00 when I saw that they turned off the music after a visit from the police. Looks like we weren't the only ones who couldn't sleep. It was necessary to close the doors and windows to reduce the huge noise even though it was very hot and it increased the discomfort. After the first night without sleep I went out to the reception to complain about cold water in the pipes and the noise. The receptionist explained that you have to wait for hot water to come because most tourists bath at the same time so there is no hot water and to the noise he just moved on the shoulders. The story of the hot water was known to be a lie that never came hot water. When I complained again, I was told that someone would come and look at the problem, which never happened. After 3 days of cold water I had to see what was wrong. I found out that the valve for hot water that lay under the sink was closed. I found shame also why the water was closed afterwards. When you open the hot water, it drops out of the shower and keeps you awake all night, you can't close the door to prevent it. Eventually our four-star hotel accommodation culminated with huge noise from the neighbors’ air conditioning, which sounds like noise from a powerful diesel engine as they were defective and noisy more than they should. You could not make agreements with the neighbors to turn off the air conditioners at night when the heat was too intense, you could not alternately keep windows and doors open when you have to deal with the noise from the wild parties and music outside. After 6-7 days without sleep, I tried to talk to the receptionist about these problems. The one who honors Ogul or the like suggested we change room. I answered yes thanks with the hope that it will get better. It was really a little better at first. The bed does not feel like sleeping on steel even though it was old. The pillows were the same stone as in the first room. However , it was not better because the noise was even greater even though the windows were closed . The window could not be completely closed when it stood twisted so the noise was even worse. I knew it was useless to complain, it was hopeless. The food was poor, low quality and sparse in the meat. Tables and cutlery were dirty and plastic glass and tables were dirty with food remains and cleaned with dirty cloth by the waiters. Drinks were bad, especially if you ordered beer. The chairs at the basin were so dirty that my pants got dirty by sitting on them. There were a few days we had to buy drinking water in a nearby store because the water in the hotel was mixed with sewer water, the water was completely yellow and they had to spend a few days fixing it, so we had to tolerate 2-3 days. It is very possible that I have forgotten to mention some of the negative experiences with the hotel, there were no positive experiences. But that's not all. One day my wife came to me in shock. She told me that one of the servants had come to her from behind and pushed his finger through her hotel ribbon and pulled her around. There was at the hotel bench at the pool and the man who worked at the bar saw it. My wife then complained to the boss and showed him the waiter. The next day I complained to the chief who honors Murat, I wrote a complaint and translated it into Turkish and showed him it. Among other things, I wrote that my wife is afraid of him after the attack and that she feels insecure in the hotel. I also asked the boss if he's hiring crazy people in the service because my wife is 66 years old. I wanted to call the police and change the hotel right away but I didn't because we don't speak Turkish and very little English and we didn't even have internet because wi-fi cost 5 euros a day, which you haven't mentioned. I asked the boss that the waiter should not come near our table because my wife was afraid of him. But it hasn't happened. He came back and said that what he did was normal in Turkey, and he said it with a sad smile. We remind you that what he did is not normal anywhere then not in Turkey. The chief said he would be punished but we haven't seen that. Afterwards the boss sent us through another waiter a plate of fruit (which we have already paid through everything including the angazm) with the intention of justifying the situation. We looked forward to the remaining days to return home to Denmark as never before, but there was not the end. When we were going home we arrived the day before to see the bill about when the transport to the airport will come to pick us up from the hotel. There was no note for us. After a long tour with with a gut from the company and help from the reception. When I asked when the bus was coming, I first got no answer and after a while I was told that I had not been notified when my bus would arrive because I had to be at a meeting with another company on the first day to get information, but that company was not you, but another Turkish company and I had not received any information about it. It was a frustrating long messaging agreement with an unfriendly gut that lasted 2 hours before I got the information I needed. When we finally arrived at the airport in Antalya we thought our suffering was over but it wasn’t. When we checked in at the terminals, one of the workers said we had to pay for our luggage, which consisted of hand luggage. There was always free to have hand luggage. I said we would pay on the departure of flights if required of us. There was never a requirement for payment, so I wonder what that interaction was about. We are extremely happy when we landed in Denmark after such a trip. I have never experienced a worse hotel for my 67 years.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! the food is repetitive, same thing everyday. The food is disgusting to the point me and my friend are living off watermelon. The other guests are extremely rude, talking about you in some other language. The hotel is full of Turkish guests. Other guests are constantly touching our bottoms and asking us to go to there hotel room. When you say no they constantly follow you around. The pool is freezing cold when you are in the water you are shivering. The drinks are very limited. Beer, vodka, gin and soft drinks are free. Any other drinks are €10 which is very expensive for what they are. There is no free WiFi you have to pay €6.5 a day and only one device is able to connect. There is no entertainment on the night for all of the guests. It’s mostly for the Turkish. Majority of the guests sit on a crammed table singing along to a guy that stands and plays the guitar which I find unfair as we also paid to be here and we don’t get any special treatment. The staff are great, very friendly and will go above and beyond for you. That’s the only good thing about this hotel. When you are trying to sleep on a night you can’t because of the night club and it’s music that is over the road constantly blasting music. We have also had racial slurs from the Turkish men calling us English f*cker. You constantly feel uncomfortable because the Turkish German and Russians constaly constantly are staring at you giving you dirty looks. If you come to turkey do not book this hotel. Me and my friend have been here for 3 days and we are booking flights home. We were suppose to be here for 10 days. There is nothing to do outside of the hotel. Everything costs you money. You get charged €10 to use a sunbed. Which I find it ridiculous. There is nothing many shops close by so you have to walk nearly an hour to the centre. Which is very expansive.
