hotel at 2* not pulling, everything dirty

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but not luxurious. Online the difference in price between economy room and standard room is for a balcony, it is worth it and much less than charge to upgrade when you get there. Room cleaned daily and comfortable, balcony with chair and table outside, fridge, chair, table, desk and TV (German, Russian, Turkish and BBC News) inside. Bathroom shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine. Good all you can eat breakfast: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, omelettes, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, bread, jam, butter, tea and coffee. Reception and breakfast are in Kleopatra Bavyera Hotel across the laneway. WiFi poor in Bebek but good in Bavyera, same password but you have to switch WiFi. There is a Migros supermarket and Carrefour express a block away. The location is very central, right by Kleopatra beach at the base of the cable car up to the Castle, near the Tourist Office, Archeological Museum and Damlatas Cave. The room has a heat pump and a safe but you pay extra for them, I did not need them.

Wi-Fi was only on the first floor and it was impossible to use it, the pool was indicated in the description, but it was not there, the condition of the rooms is terrible, the shower is very small, it is impossible to even bend over. The breakfast is not very good, cucumbers, tomatoes, egg and that's it. The staff is rude and even the managers are liars, air conditioning for an additional fee of 8 euros per day, when we agreed to pay for air conditioning for 2-3 days, because we did not want to stay there for a long time, the manager offered to make a payment for the full booked day, and then on departure they will return the difference, in the end they did not return it, we argued for a long time.
