1/5 star – avoid this hotel. This was without a doubt one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. If you are considering saving a few hundred kroner by choosing this hotel, don’t. Spend an extra $100-1,000 on another hotel – you’ll thank yourself later. The hotel seems to have one priority: to charge extra money. Air conditioning is not included and costs extra, which is completely unreasonable in the heat. Even worse is that the hotel gives the impression that there is WiFi, but there is actually no free WiFi at all. If you want internet, you have to pay. This should be clearly stated before booking. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, but it was closed for about 2 1⁄2 day during our stay. When it finally opened again, the water was green for several days and so dirty that we didn’t want to swim. When you pay for a hotel with a pool, of course, you expect it to be clean and usable – not closed or like a sump. The cleaning was also not fine. On 3 out of 7 days, our linen had clear yellow spots that resembled old sunscreen spots. This is not something you expect from a hotel. The breakfast was also a big disappointment. Very limited selection, boring quality and generally not something one would like to stand up to. Although it was included in the stay, it felt more like something the hotel offered because they had to – not because they wanted to give guests a good experience. What put the dot over the i was the service. The person who seemed to be the owner or responsible gave us the impression of being irritated when we approached. You definitely didn't feel welcome. Overall we sat back with the feeling that the hotel is trying to save on everything and earn extra on everything else. When even the most basic things either cost extra or do not live up to a reasonable standard, it is difficult to recommend the place. There are many better hotels in the area for a relatively small surcharge. My clear advice is: book somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

Everything was great, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly.

Honestly, all the things that mattered to me didn't work. 1. At my check-in there was only COLD water in the room. I asked every day when warm water was coming so I could shower. Every day a different answer, every guest was told something different. On the afternoon of the 5th. Finally, warm water one day. An explanation or apology for all guests pinned to the INFORMATION WALL would have been nice. 2. WiFi free or pay ❓when I booked, the WiFi was declared free throughout the house. Attempts were made to persuade me to pay. But I wasn't influenced. 3. The TV was not installed in my room until day 3. All sorts of international channels, ONLY NOT A SINGLE GERMAN. On demand, I was put off for days again. Result....even the FINS can watch their program, the manager proudly told me. But I'm not interested in the Finns! The wishes of Germans are ignored. 4. Topic WATER BOILER. Called as room facilities. No one there. I bought one. Actually, he had the right to take the part from me, the manager said. But he was generous, I got to keep him. Later I showed him the PRINTED in black and white. Other things that disappointed + bothered me are: Broken sheets, curtains without sunscreen, thin scratchy covers I was freezing at night. As an improvement I received a dark brown horse blanket, the cover was too large, was attached with a safety pin. Nevertheless, I always had a BALL OF NO DECENT DUET. Breakfast was boring. No change in the 12 days. The vending machine only fills the small coffee cups halfway. I've never seen so little content in a hotel. The filling quantity can be adjusted. So SAVING MEASURE. A clever business method to the detriment of the guest. Because if you want 2 cups of coffee for breakfast, you have to walk 4x. Some guests are ashamed of it. When I left the price list in the restaurant, I was badly.....totally overpriced.....On average 20 euros for a meal. Since 2025, extensive construction has taken place in Alanya center. On the way, around the hotel, torn streets + footpaths wherever the eye sees. Modder and Trips everywhere. Then there was the rain. So cleaning shoes every day is the order of the day. Actually, it is the hotel's responsibility to inform the guest about construction noise/construction of this magnitude. For example, I booked 26 in January. Checked in on April 1st. ZERO information about the chaos on the ground in 4 months. On arrival OMG. So if possible, cancel this hotel. I recommend the district TOSMUR. The world is still fine there.
