The hotel is located in Konakli, a small town, not random bushes. Good enough for few walks in the evening. Good roads for walking. Bus 50 to Alanya, 13 km away (2 €/trip). Malls with grocery stores are nearby.
The neighbourhood is rather peaceful in touristic area (except loud music from hotels) and feels safe father away to see local life.
The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, many people but not crowded. Reasonable queues here and there. Luckily we speak English and Russian, and in serious cases, Google Translator helps (highly recommended to buy an eSIM - maybe from YoHo - if your phone supports it). The staff was friendly but overloaded.
We paid for room upgrade. There's official price list for upgrades, I see that Old Building - New Building business has been going on for 13 years already :)
They reduced the upgrade fee (I didn't see old-new upgrade in the list).
No bugs in our room (I heard about such a complaint), maybe some mosquito bites from outside or in rooms at night. Low beds, very hard to clean under beds so there was dirty. Air conditioning was working well. Lock of the balcony door didn't work. There's a small fridge. Not a bad room in "new" building. View to the sea, shows were heard in the room. Mainly Russian and Turkish tourists, the music is accordingly.
I had to get batteries for the Safe changed. The Safe Box is not attached to anything.
The staff works well but they don't have enough workers. The main reason is that the hotel somehow attracts folks with lack of culture. They take loads of food and drinks from restaurants and bars and leave it everywhere, drop on the floor etc. The Hotel should make only one entrance to restaurants and charge people leaving with a plate of food. The 'cleaning fee'. And maybe offer paid room service by the menu to reduce people running around with food.
The animation team is amazing, they are everywhere, so also overloaded. The evening program is weak. We enjoyed Turkish dances. Bingo game was well organised.
The hotel should translate their web page into English and Russian and have most important information (as, where and how to complain in different matters) printed and given into rooms.
On the second day during nine hours money and a smart watch were stolen from our room. No help from the Administrators (they didn't even ask for written report) nor their manager, not from the Guide (Anex), nor their customer support. The Police wanted a statement in Turkish and 'surprisingly' they have a 'sworn' interpreter who can translate for 100 €. I got no documents for my Travel Insurance, so hoping for the best.
As they have electronic key card system, it's the simplest theft case ever. It strongly feels that the manager is stealing from rooms, shares some with the police and everyone tries to cover it (probably not so, though). It was annoying to keep everything from cash to hair dryer in the safe for the rest of the vacation.
The Manager of Reception (and everyone else) said that if the things are not in the Safe Box, the hotel is not responsible. I would understand it if there's no key card system or the room door was broken. Simple avoiding of responsibility.
The selection of food is great, is changing and tastes well. There's is something to eat at all times. Would be nice to see food labelled with dietary information.
Lack of forks, dirty plates - buy a dishwasher or learn to use it.
The a la carte restaurant was nice even though there's no 'carte'. You eat what they bring.
Territory outside didn't get boring. Nice pools, water slides, good beach with lack of Sun Shades. The lifeguard is there but I wouldn't trust that they notice much.
So, when the management starts caring about their staff, effectiveness would rise. Maybe use some technology (like computer for translating at Reception) so the employees understand the issue instead of just 'worrying' or running around and have proper tools (contacts) for addressing the issues, everyone would win. Türkiye is not the 'cheap location' anymore, you cannot afford such attitude.
The management should also put up a sign “Please treat our staff with respect. Verbal abuse, swearing, or harassment will not be tolerated.” it's attitude of the management that's causing problems. Not administrators.

We went on holiday with our family. The reviews might be negative, but we were very pleased; the hotel was almost fully booked when we arrived. We happened upon a Turkish night. We were very pleased. The food is delicious, they have all kinds of options... The hotel offers good value for money; the rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The only issue for me was the variety in the cocktails; otherwise, I didn't have any problems. However, our friends were helpful and overall we were satisfied with the cocktails we ordered. Also, the indoor pool was not operational.

My experience at Mc Beach Resort Hotel was a complete disappointment. Before coming to this hotel, I didn't want to believe the negative reviews, but unfortunately, I experienced even worse than what was written.
First of all, the hotel is a complete disaster when it comes to hygiene. The pools were visibly dirty, and I never saw them cleaned during my stay. Moreover, people are allowed to swim in the pool until late at night. Normally, pools should be closed and cleaned at this time, but this is not the case.
The food was far below expectations. The variety is extremely limited, and the same dishes are served constantly. It gives the feeling that many of the dishes are being served again. It's definitely not satisfying in terms of taste and quality.
Most of the plates, glasses, forks, and knives used in the restaurant were dirty. Such negligence regarding hygiene is unacceptable.
At dinnertime, complete chaos ensues. It's so crowded that you can neither find an empty table to sit at nor get your food comfortably. Everyone has to rush to the buffet at the same time, and it creates complete chaos. Instead of enjoying a vacation, you're constantly waiting in lines.
When we reported this situation to the authorities, instead of finding a solution, they responded with, "What can I do? I'm a salaried employee here, there's nothing I can do." No effort is being made to improve guest satisfaction.
The hotel is hosting far more guests than its capacity allows. You constantly have to wait in long queues to get food, drinks, and other services.
Furthermore, although the hotel is marketed as an "Ultra All-Inclusive" concept, my experience definitely did not reflect this concept. The service provided, the quality of the food, and the overall management approach are far below this standard.
One of the things that disappointed me the most was that this hotel was included in the portfolio of a well-known company like Tatilbudur. I think a hotel with this level of quality and service is completely unsuitable for Tatilbudur.
I definitely didn't get my money's worth. I definitely do not recommend Mc Beach Resort Hotel. I recommend that anyone planning a vacation carefully read the reviews before making a reservation. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
