Millennium Park Hotel

Well were do I start ! 1. This is not the hotels fault but our transfer took us 4 hours to get to hotel we arrived 2am the following morning after setting off for the airport in Britain at 08.00am. 2. We arrived at hotel and the young gentleman on reception was lovely, he told us all we needed to know times for food etc, he then took us to our room, we walked in and omg there was an awful smell of sewerage, our room was small but fine for 2 of us we only slept and showered nobody stays in there room all day unless your ill, shower was okayish, room was clean and tidy only thing i will say you only get 1 toilet roll a day. 3. Food was not the best I know it is a 3* but you expect b etter, breakfast, boiled eggs every day, we have fried eggs 2 days and omelette 2 days, I lived on fruit and toast most of the time in the morning, dinnertime chicken chicken and more chicken dishes oh you might be lucky and they may do a different meat, pasta was okay a bit bland well all the food was bland always had to add salt to it, it was pretty much the same at teatime. 4. All inclusive starts at 10.30am and ends promptly at 10.30pm, all you could choose from drink wise was beer effes, vodka, gin, wine and soft drinks you had a coffee machine and a cold water machine which was great as you did not have to que for them. 1 barman was lovely forgot to get his name always welcomed you and always asked when he was collecting glasses did we want a drink, all other bar staff looked grumpy. 5. Bar manager was lovely always stopped to chat, other management were very rude and did not acknowledge you unless you were from European countries very rude, most reception staff were pleasant well the gentlemen were the was 1 young lady and she was really rude to my husband and no help at all. 6. Pool was too small you had to be up early to get sunbeds half of them were broken, slide for the kids and big kids (aka adults lol) only open for half hour in the morning then half hour in the afternoon. Animation staff well what did they do nothing in the short haul darts twice a day and kids mini disco for half hour in the evenings, no entertainment like singers bands nothing, and nothing nearby to go to see some entertainment. Be aware there are 2 blocks to this hotel A block which is the main hotel and B block thats where kids mini disco is you have to come back across to hotel to get your drinks no bar in B block. Please if you are British look at other hotels out in Alanya because i am sure you will find them, I know people say you only pay what you get but this was our main holiday and believe me it wasn't cheap. I could go on and on but I will leave it there never again will we return to this hotel !!!

We are currently here most staff friendly animation team useless no entertainment only half hour mini disco for kids food hit and miss only gin vodka on all inclusive WiFi hit and miss in lobby or pool area you can buy WiFi 3 euro a day per device Pool is tiny and unless you get up early you will not get a bed there is a slide put gets closed off most of the day really stupid as nothing for children to do. There are 2 blocks of the hotel A and B block food is only served in A block so hard to find a table. Brits stay away they cater for the Europeans than us. Transfer from antalya airport was 4 hours. Nothing really around the area of hotel to go too unless your fit and like walking. Rooms are clean and tidy shower is not the best, cleaner's forget sometimes to leave toilet rolls but to be fair they do a good job. We think that the bar staff should stop giving drinks in glasses around the pool as accidents waiting to happen

Worst hotel I've ever been to. The food is tacky, flying everywhere on the food. In our hotel rooms the toilet, shower and air conditioning were broken. Some weird guy named Ramasan or something came to make it. Very creepy and only wanted to talk to the women. The balcony door could not be locked, and the rooms were quite gross. You only get 1 roll of toilet paper a day and sometimes you don't get anything. We had to eat somewhere else every day so were a lot of money lost for what we thought was t all inclusive. The glasses you got drinks in were dirty, too. Book a 5 star hotel!!!!!
