Mukarnas Spa Resort Hotel

The worst hotel, no positives. Just scammers who got 5 stars in a clever way. The only all-inclusive hotel where I only stayed, we went to the city for all 10 days of the vacation.

First of all, I want to say that we've learned that you have to believe the reviews. From the moment you check into the hotel, you're counting down the days like a soldier, just waiting for it to end so you can leave. In short, the hotel is very, very dirty, and the service is indifferent, practically non-existent. On the second day, my child got sick because of the filth. I strongly advise families with children not to go if you have the chance. The dining hall smells awful, the food is very mediocre, and if you don't go to the dining hall early, there's nothing left. The animation team consists of two people who are looking for international tickets. So, if you're not Russian or a foreigner, they don't pay much attention to you. I definitely do not recommend it. This is my 13th stay. I've never seen a worse hotel.... Also, I'm speaking to those who are going to this hotel with children: if the animation team isn't good, the children can't have fun, and if they can't have fun, you can't either... The guy in the animation team plays children's music for 17 minutes in the evenings, and even then, one of them can't even manage to play music from the computer inside because he's not dealing with music, he's just trying to find tickets. So we regretted it very much. Finally, look at all the reviews and decide accordingly. It's a waste of your money and time... a waste of time...

I am writing this on my last day at Perre Delta Resort, completely dissatisfied with my experience. This hotel is far from a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive property. Here are the main issues we experienced during our stay: * Unsafe Room Conditions: The room had visible black mold on the ceiling and walls with peeling paint from severe water damage. * Exposed Wiring: The climate control wall unit was broken with hazardous wires hanging directly out of the wall. * Unmaintained Facilities: The AC unit was damaged, missing side covers, and lampshades were missing from the lighting. * Unclean Pool: The swimming pool was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained throughout our stay. * Terrible Food Quality: The food was a total catastrophe—extremely low quality, repetitive, and far below standard expectations. This resort feels completely neglected by management. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this place until severe improvements in hygiene and safety are made.
