An indiscriminate manager who claimed us for 20 euros because our room was not ready when we arrived something we refused. Those who work in the receptions are fighting cruel, the owner flies around with bar upper body and a fat gold chain little friendly boss, does not come back yours, we asked for two simple beds but got a double, they did nothing to change, small and gloomy rooms, the beds were not changed in 14 days..........the glass shelf under the mirror was never washed, boring breakfast a lot fry food, then we took up the 20 eur with the boss he refused it

My stay started badly. Upon arrival we were informed that our room was not ready and we were offered a room with a higher standard for an extra of €20. We pointed out that this was due to the hotel, not us, and therefore did not pay extra.
The next day we got a new room. I had specifically ordered two single beds, but we got a double bed. The reception promised that the beds would be shared the next day, but that never happened. A week later we were offered to change rooms to get two single beds, but then we had already stayed there for a week and did not want to pack everything down and move.
The staff at the front desk was throughout the stay friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, the restaurant manager gave a bad impression. He seemed poorly serviced, only greeted certain guests, rarely smiled, and often appeared sour and arrogant.
The waiters at the restaurant and on the beach were friendly and helpful. What slowed down was that it often took a long time to get in touch with someone if they wanted to order food or drinks or needed help with the umbrella. The staff could advantageously walk around more often among the guests.
I also met the hotel owner. He seemed nice at first, but when I asked for late check-out due to a very late return trip, the experience changed. Check out. 15.00 cost €50, and check out around 10:00. 20.00–21.00 cost €70. I also recorded the episode from the first day when we were asked to pay €20 for the upgrade because our room was not ready. He denied that this had happened, although that was what we were told at check-in. Communication was also difficult due to language barriers. After this conversation I noticed that his attitude towards us became noticeably cooler.
On our last day, we also noticed that several of the employees who had previously greeted us no longer did.
The rooms are small and have very poor lighting, which makes them dark. The storage space is limited, both in the room and in the bathroom, where there is barely room for a toilet drawer. The refrigerator is small and cooling poorly.
The cleanliness was one of the biggest disappointments. The floor was charged, but laundry and toilet were not cleaned during the stay. Bedding was not changed, and towels were changed about every three days. I swept the room myself several times and saw other guests do the same.
On the beach there is a known problem that sunbeds are reserved early in the morning with towels, especially those closest to the sea. This often made it difficult to find vacancies. During my stay, one of my towels was also stolen from the sun bed.
If you were to stay here, I'd avoid room 208. The balcony is located right next to the garbage area, and it often smelled both garbage and sewage.
The hotel has a very good location right by the beach, and several of the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, lack of cleanliness, room problems, poor service in some areas and the handling of complaints significantly reduce the overall experience.

In the week we were there the staircase was not so much as swept one single time, and it was really dirty. The bed lamp could not be turned off, when we mentioned it, it was fixed, but now it could not be turned on. No hot water in the morning (all week). Very very sad morning food, with long black hair in. Most of it consisted of cereal flakes, with a can of milk on the table. Saft water instead of juice, a smuggled cheese (mostly feta) 4 hot dishes, one with cake, one with fried vegetables, one with tubed eggs (without sausages) and one with pancakes. That was the case each morning and you didn’t have to sit outside and eat at the tables. We were 3 in the room, but there were only two towels, two glasses, two chairs on the balcony, two diners etc. This hotel is definitely not one I can recommend.
