Riviera Hotel

Hello, finally we are back to our wonderful Riviera hotel&Spa. Since last year we found Riviera changed for the better, especially the food has noticeably improved. Last year I didn't write anything because I was a bit disappointed (I thought - it's better not to write anything, maybe it will change) - no, the rooms are tidy as always, the staff and administration work just fine, but last year something was wrong with the kitchen - the food was not very tasty and the assortment WAS (2025) poor, even napkins were saved. This year (2026) the food has changed significantly, although the chefs (and other staff) are the same - it's very nice to see them all again!! So this year the food and assortment, and taste - without reproaches and many thanks! Just like resting in Turkey (a little criticism - sorry 😔) I would like to see (taste) lamb (kuzu 😊) dishes more often. We will rest for over a week and we can see that the rest in 2026 will be luxurious!!! Thanks Riviera! I'll be back! 😎

Nice relaxed hotel with great service. Example: Our air conditioning did not work. I called the front desk and five minutes later there was one and fixed it. Another example: I lost my all inclusive bracelet, went up to the front desk. Two seconds later, I had a new one. I've also been to the big hotels in Side, and it gets a shit too much with constant annoying music at the pool, people with parrots who want to take a picture etc. At this hotel there were of course people who would sell drinks and so on at the pool, but they respected a no. Had heard a little bad things about Alanya, but we did not experience any of it. The location was also great. All in all a fat fat holiday mainly because of the hotel.

Really good hotel, with really good and varied food. And a Cafe with bar and coffee, cake, fruit and ice cream all day long. The only negative was that there was a hairdresser course with 30 women for a whole week, which was so noisy, loud music,hugging, talking in the headset, applauding, at one pool. Quite the genes and even at the other pool you could hear them. I won't see that again.
