Sara Hotel

I came to Antalya in November, and this was by far the best value for money room I encountered. For 60TL you get a room with a private balcony overlooking the water, as well as a good breakfast and coffee/tea. The family who runs this is very warm and helpful. The woman in particular speaks great English and was very accommodating with my questions about transportation and sightseeing. The location is a little far out of the city center, but it is near the beach and is in a beautiful and quiet area, well serviced by city busses. The room was standard with a comfortable bed. They also have a restaurant which serves good dinners with affordable drinks. Highly recommended.

Just back from 2 wks at Antalya Palace Hotel, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.The views were great but it's advertised as Lara Beach and that's a bus ride away. The people in the resort spoke very little English and the other guests in the hotel were all from similar countries and could converse with each other. The food in the hotel was set meals, lots of chicken, rice, pasta and salad with a different soup every night. The main meals were served cold apart from the soup.All inclusive was drinks 11 till 10 and it was local coke or fizzy orange or 1/2 pints of 1 kind of lager anything else you had to pay for. The pool was good and was cleaned twice every day morning and evening. The area was lovely for walking as it was miles of parkland above the sea just opposite the hotel was paths in two directions.

1 years ago in summer me and my wife stayed in this hotel. It was terrible. there was not a double bed in our room!!!! the staff were not polite. food quality was awful. I don't recommend any body to go there.
