This is a family run hotel and is located one row back from the promenade where the hotel has a small private beach with sunbeds. The hotel does have a pool and sunbeds. You can walk 10 mins to the ruins and Old Side Town one way, and the other you can walk past all the big hotels, shopping streets or just stop for a drink along the way If you want to go further the Dolmus bus runs until midnight and you can visit other local towns. There is a Saturday Market and also 2 markets Monday/Thursday in the town of Manavgat which you get to by bus The restaurant is spotless and plates etc are taken away once you've finished and floors etc cleaned in readiness for the next meal. The cleaners for rooms and communal areas are on shift from 8.30am until late afternoon and work really hard to keep areas clean, especially as there are garden areas which are also shedding leaves etc so need sweeping constantly. We have been going to this hotel since 2016 and since Covid go twice a year. We are now considered as "family" with everyone from owner and his family, all staff including cleaners and kitchen staff, which makes you feel it is not just your money they are after. If you have any queries about anything you can just ask and it is usually dealt with ASAP. Check in and out was very good, and if you were a bit early for your room, you were still allowed to get a drink and food if the restaurant is open. There is a weekly Turkish night with outdoor barbecue and dance group. If you like animals there is a resident dog (Maya) and some new resident white kittens (there is also obviously a couple of strays) At the bottom of the walkway there is a bird aviary with about 20+ plus different birds. There are hammocks and sofas outside, with a dart board and snooker tables. There is also a Hamman on site with a really helpful owner The walkways are covered both sides with lots of shrubs and flowers and looks amazing when in bloom. If it is someone's birthday or celebratory event, a table is decorated for you which is lovely. All in all I cannot fault anything about this holiday. I would say that if you learnt a couple of Turkish words like Hello and Thankyou, that goes a long way with the staff and is appreciated.

Recently returned from the hotel, vacationed from 09-13-20-09. It's like we visited as guests, the impression of the hotel remains very warm and pleasant! We chose the hotel based on previous reviews, and it was intriguing that this "three-star" is more expensive than some "five-star" and "four-star" hotels in Sid. Decided to check ourselves))). Very satisfied with! The hotel's location is wonderful, a private beach is 10 minutes away, although small, but we always found sunbeds (though we usually don't lie on the beach, but only swim). In the morning you can swim at any nearby beach, we went before breakfast, and we didn't need a sun lounger. Near the ancient city, shops. The hotel is on the second line, as honestly stated in the description, but it is really close to the sea. We were housed in a bungalow, room 404))), but it was very wonderful to live right next to the parrots and other little birds that decorated our day by singing in the morning. The houses are very cozy, cute, in white and turquoise tones, with ecological finishing, and they are not crowded with each other - so you can hardly hear the neighbors. We had a terrace with a table and chairs where you could sit. Special thanks to the gardener who took care of the hotel grounds; it is a real paradise with olive, lemon, and orange trees, grapes, and flowers. The scent of the evening clematis will become the aroma of this hotel for me; it simply smelled wonderful as darkness fell. Such abundance of greenery and flowers creates a special Mediterranean garden character and sets a mood for peaceful relaxation. Everything in the bungalow worked perfectly: there was always hot water, the air conditioning worked (without it, it would have been stuffy in September), there was enough space in the room with a comfortable bed, a place for a suitcase, a wardrobe with large floor-to-ceiling mirrors (and another mirror above the table), bedside tables, a refrigerator, and a television (we didn't watch it). The closet has a lot of space for clothes and accessories, enough hangers for dresses. Cleaning was daily, towels were changed upon request. By the way, beach towels are provided free of charge. Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper - everything was there. The hairdryer worked. Nothing was leaking anywhere (and this is already the end of the season). Now about nutrition. I think that is very good for a 3-star hotel. The hotel owner doesn't skimp, and sometimes even spoils his guests. We have something to compare with - this is our 8th time in Turkey, and we haven't been to 3k before. I won't go into detail, but all the food was fresh, cooked deliciously, and there was everything I like. Thank you to the chefs for their creative approach; they tried to diversify the menu, and they succeeded completely. Grilled fish (salmon), rolls, kebab and kofta, baked vegetables, rice, bulgur, couscous, pasta, etc., there were probably about 7 desserts. Watermelons, melons, plums, apples, oranges - quite diverse. I paid more attention to cold appetizers; I really like hummus and various types of pepper appetizers. There was a lot of variety (salads, mushrooms, fresh and pickled vegetables, anchovies, smoked mackerel, etc.). I especially want to mention the work of the waiters - the guys and girls try very hard, dishes are cleared on time and discreetly, always with a smile, even though they work 12 hours, and like this for a whole summer. This is a real team under the guidance of their curator (I don't know the name of this respected man, but it's clear he was overseeing and helping with everything). It was a pleasant surprise for us when there was a Turkish night on the last evening of our stay. A magnificent cabaret-style dance show in the style of Moulin Rouge is simply a gift! The belly dancer, then all the hotel staff came out, bowed, and sang the Istiklal anthem (did I get that right)? This is just very touching and brings tears to my eyes. And then we could dance, and we took advantage of that. It was a wonderful end to our vacation! I want to say kind words about the hotel manager (he was always there and everywhere), he is a wonderful manager who knows everything that is happening and creates such a friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The reception staff are very friendly and ready to help with everything. We got the impression that all these people are a wonderful, kind, and responsible team of like-minded people who treat both guests and each other with respect. I wish you all health and well-being! Overall, you made our vacation at this hotel unforgettable, bright, calm, and problem-free. We wish the hotel prosperity and adequate guests!)))

Upon arrival at the hotel we was greeted by friendly reception staff, we booked last minute and put a accessibility request in 2/3 days prior to arriving and the staff had already recieved and gave us an easy accessible room. The rooms were cleaned every single day. Beds made and towels changed. We had a visit to the spa which I think was a little over priced but definitely worth a trip there. The restaurant its self was clean, your plates cleared within seconds of you finishing, the food was great. There was always food you would find to eat even if you was fussy, the outside bbq they out on twice whilst we was there was great the food was amazing. The pool was nice, the only thing that isn’t advertised was at 5:30 you are asked to leave the pool and the pool side all together as they remove loungers, clean the floor and put tables outside to dine at which wasn’t a big deal for us as by this point as a family we was upstairs showering howvlever this should be put in hotel description. The best part of our holiday was the staff, a massive shout out to agy, luigi and Dori ( Bahadir, medet and dojan) they made our holiday amazing with their friendly manners, always attentive to us. Great with their kids, always made time to stop and speak to both us and the children. Try their hardest with little English always had a smile on their faces and were just completely amazing with us Thankyou guys for making our holiday so special for us.
