Water Planet Hotel and Aquapark

The hotel is great, there are plenty of places to have fun, the food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the activities are fun. Thanks to the animation team!

I want to write an honest review. People write different things, there are reviews that will make anyone change their mind about vacationing here. Guys, first of all, this is a budget "5," nice but still budget, I don't understand what they want from a budget "5"? So: the number is small, unusually small, but with renovations. Towels were changed daily, cleaning - I haven't encountered a hotel where there were no complaints about this, unfortunately, shampoos, gels in large dispensers (if anyone cares), for girls - you don't need to bring a hairdryer, it's excellent. There's an issue with the air conditioner (not in all places); at night it turns off and won't turn on no matter how much you try, it only turns on around 9 AM. The area is not small, there are very Instagrammable spots and bars, and decent alcohol. The food is decent too, there is a huge amount of vegetables in any form, fish, beef, chicken, lamb every day. In general, don't wake them hungry, of course, in 5-7 days you'll want something homemade))). The à la carte was delicious and beautiful, but they forgot to bring the main course!!!!)))) We thought they were still preparing it and asked after about 40 minutes, the waiter started apologizing and brought absolutely cold lamb and kebab (((( that's a big fail (the restaurant is paid)). There were no apologies or compensation here for not eating the main course. And I don't quite understand the senior manager waiters, their main job seems to be reading their phones, and no, chasing cats! The waiters are swamped and the manager is on the phone, I've never seen anything like it. Regarding the beach: it's not convenient to go up and down the slippery stairs into the water every time, but you get used to it. Next to the sandy beach of the neighboring hotel, we swam there. The sea is quiet and calm, a bay, and because of this the water is clean and there are no waves. There are separate spots for sun loungers on the beach, I called them "for those who sleep a lot," on one side they are secluded, on the other there is a minus from the kitchen, or rather, smoke from the oven flies and there is a lot of it, the towel immediately turns black (((. Dirt on glass surfaces (elevator, railings) really bothers me personally; maybe it's the end of the season, but still. By the way, the dishes are clean! And glasses and plates! The male waiters work very quickly. I would like to specifically mention the waiter (I might be mistaken about the name) Orkhangazi, I have never met such a polite, sincere, and kind waiter, respect to people like him! The water park is not bad, the downside is that only some slides work before lunch, and others after lunch. There's a corner of Gezleme, it was a bit intense that 2 pieces in one hand)))). There are no usual endless refrigerators with water and ayran, but it's always available at the bar. I want to specifically mention the tea - it is very tasty, whether in the main restaurant or in the lobby! There is a cool place for those who love a quiet, calm evening with a glass of wine and cheese, quiet music, very atmospheric by location. There are really shops, shopping centers, a bazaar, and pharmacies within walking distance. We personally flew here because we love the Utopia Word hotel, and this time we chose a more budget option from this hotel chain due to saving money, of course it's hard after Word, but we knew where we were going. A similar concept and very attractive that the hotel is literally immersed in pines. There are of course still different small details, but we knew where we were going again. So for those who love exceptional service - this is definitely not for you, for those who are willing to accept all the downsides given the budget - you will like this hotel. I hope I wrote it very detailed, and most importantly, honestly and without emotion.
