Belport Beach

The cleanliness at the hotel wasn't very good, the beach and sea view were nice, but it was very stony. The water was clear and clean. But the atmosphere wasn't very friendly; there was a sullen and indifferent attitude, as if they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. We specifically mentioned the problem we were having with the air conditioning, but we were told there was nothing they could do. On top of that, the mini-fridge was broken in the heat, but they didn't address it. When we asked for another room, they said it was full and they had new guests arriving. During our 4-day, 3-night stay, university students arrived at the hotel, creating an aquapark atmosphere. We couldn't relax or use the pool. When we complained about the noise of 60 children, we received the same response. The entertainment felt like a wedding hall; the constant presence became disturbing. The inconsistent behavior of some staff members towards tourists was unpleasant for families. We went as a group of friends, but families will undoubtedly find this situation problematic. The food was okay; the grilled items were good and there was a good variety. However, the red meat section mostly consisted of low-quality, ready-made supermarket meatballs. We were rushed to leave on the last day, and they told us we couldn't join for lunch because we were going on a trip, and that they would charge for it, explaining that this was their policy. It was our first time encountering this, and we wanted to join because we were going on a trip. The alcoholic beverages seemed to be there just for the sake of having them; I can't say they were successful, the variety was very limited. Overall, we had a bad holiday experience; I guess that's what you get for this price.
