Outstanding Service The service at Mövenpick exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. We had a fantastic experience.

Spent a wonderful vacation with my family in Mövenpick. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, with a beautiful atmosphere. The area is a separate delight, very green and beautiful. The food is good, there's plenty to eat all day and it's delicious. Because the area is huge, there's no crowding, which is what I liked. Also, a huge thank you to the head manager Yilmaz for his professionalism, responsiveness and attention to every guest. All our requests have been heard and made. Upon early arrival our friends had no room ready, but Yilmaz helped and upgraded to a room above the category. It feels like he genuinely cares about the high level of service and the comfort of holidaymakers. Special thanks to Hotel Director Tulga for the excellent organization of the work of the entire team. Thanks to his leadership, the hotel enjoys order, coziness and an atmosphere of real hospitality. And, of course, I want to celebrate Shamil at the reception. Very polite, friendly and always available to help with any question. Employees like this make you feel welcome from the very first minute. We'll definitely come back here.

We're on vacation here now with two families, with kids. Very good quality hotel, delicious food, the sea is clean and warm, and the territory, it is a separate love of mine. It's very green and beautiful, one solid photo area. The staff is responsive and listens to all requests. We didn't have a TV in our room in the second room, so for an hour, as we said, it was already hanging, which we were very surprised at. There's a big water park on the property, our kids are thrilled. Near the water park is the snack bar where we appreciated the fruit waffles. Great shows in the evenings, not boring. Special thanks to waiter Mehmet for serving us at the concert, a man on the positive side. Nice drink selection. We'll definitely come back here.
