We've made our reservation as 3 people for 1 room. So we had to have an extra bed in room. We could not take extra bed although it had ben 10pm. And other 6 family were suffering same problem. We couldn't understand how a hotel cannot have extra bed for made reservations

Visited oct 2015. They really can not be assessed immediately. 5 stars, no. Typical Turkish Hotel. You can eat and drink. A little tired and desperately needs updating, but I know that this does not happen ever again. It does not have just a habit. However, clean and all services are guaranteed. I liked the fact that the area is large, and it was not very crowded. Food: lot of food, but poor quality. Got to spend time by the pool quite priivatselt. A rocky beach. Rather, a good 4* service. For this money ... i dont know. Not anymore.

I have been to this hotel last september for 10 days. It was my first "all included" type holiday. And it was my first holiday in a Turkish resort hotel (although I am a Turkish). I cannot complain about anything specific about the hotel, b ut i was not satisfied with my holiday. There were alot of people who doesnt know how to behave. they cary food to their room and leave their garbage to coridor. So first thing you see in the morning is the dirty dishes, hald eaten cakes and flys around. Sea was rocky and not comfortable to swim. there was a kind of algea (especially near floats which draw the safety border in sea) in the sea which irritated my skin. Animators and their plays were not my type. pool was small and shallow. I didnt like to swim there too. beach is not sandy and cowded.Food quality was low. but considering the low price of holiday it was ok.
