I always thought they loved kids in Turkey. But it turns out they're not shy about cheating a family with three kids. Booking made a mistaken withdrawal, couldn't get hold of his support, the hotel was going to the meeting initially. When they got here, they started stalling, asking me to come over tomorrow, later, then... eventually they don't want the money back. That's a boorish attitude towards regulars. Last year the service got worse, but now, no one just cares about the comfort of guests. Room service is poor, dirty dishes are not cleaned. The light bulbs were never fixed. No towels. Even if you call the front desk, they won't. Lunch runs out of plates and you have to wait for them to be brought in on request. There are no seats at dinner and long lines for food. Food choices are scarce. There's no end-of-day toilet paper in all public toilets either. It's a beautiful area, but we didn't pay for visits to the park... it's very unpleasant to be faced with such fraud.
