Mirada Del Mar Hotel

Were from 24.07 to 02.07.26 at this hotel. The territory is luxurious, not big, all in walking distance. Rooms are clean, been renovated noticeably refreshed apparently. Big dining room with delicious food, eat everything I need,just yogurt for kids I didn't find)) well that's okay)))) service in the dining room disgusting🫣 everyone had a question about the service)) Basically, it was that I was with little kids and after the sea to go somehow distracted I had to go to the playground since apart from the poor mushroom for babies found nothing in the water 🤦🏼in the playground is interesting enough, the girls tried very hard in all to entertain kids of all ages (I would recommend purchasing more toys) different programs are designed for kids of all ages but for that you have to go to the playground)) if the hotel had a mini water park for babies then I would go back again🥰 Aizhan,Aidan and Ulbolsyn our Cossacks🥰Well done girls entertained kids at all 1000%

Overall we had a wonderful holiday at Mirada Del Mar. The aspects we liked most about the hotel were the cleanliness and the staff. Common areas and rooms were cleaned regularly, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented. They have a really successful team in this regard. The animation team was excellent, especially Ms. Tuana, who took wonderful care of our children. Mr. Deniz, who served by the pool, was very hardworking and friendly. The beaches in Kemer were sandy at the hotels we stayed at before, but here they were rocky, so we preferred the pool. The main restaurant, which serves as a buffet, was average, but the snack restaurant by the pool, which opens at lunchtime, was our favorite dining area with its excellent menu and fast service. However, there are some areas that need improvement. In particular, the guest profile fell short of our expectations. The hotel's owner group offered discounted prices to their staff, which resulted in a high percentage of local guests. The quality of both local and international guests is below what you would expect from a hotel at this price point. You may occasionally encounter disruptive behavior in common areas, and this negatively affects the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I also think there is a significant drawback for those staying in the annex building. The annex building lacks ventilation in its corridors and elevators. These areas become quite hot and stuffy during the summer months. Resolving this issue will significantly improve comfort. If you want to avoid exposure to this heat, you have to descend using a fire escape-style staircase from the outside. Because the elevator didn't go all the way to the top floor where our room was located. I would definitely recommend booking your room in the main building. Overall, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and staff, but we think it could have been better due to the guest profile and the lack of ventilation in the annex building. We are not planning to stay there again.

A great hotel that's perfect for families with children. The cuisine is excellent and varied, and there's always a shady spot on a hot day. There's a kids' club on site with a varied program, and the staff truly love working with children. Children return happy and refreshed even if they've had enough of the water activities.
