Tal Hotel

The bathroom was pretty appropriate was pretty appalling stained bath from years of grimme the walls dirty and miscoloured. Battered furniture and holes in netcurtains. The cleaning was inconsistent.we paid all inclusive the food was sparring and not labeled as to what it was & inclusive bar was a joke wine of one sort & soft drinks that it was it. We had to pay for bottle beer. We look at options to move hotel & even flights home but in the end decided to use the money to ear & drink out. We had awful experience our worst holiday ever.fire exit door which was open if WE HAD USE IT there was fridge & other object's on one level we would not be able to get out meaning fire exit. Have got photo to proof of everything what we experience.

We arrived at this hotel after being moved from another hotel nearby one day before our holiday! We never had time to really check it out when we were told of the move as we were all at work. It looked like it was predominantly Russian reviews and these were all pretty poor, which gave us concerns. I was travelling with my daughter and her family and we always try to make the best of any situation! We arrived late and there was someone to greet us, they didn't speak any English and seemed surprised we had arrived there? When we asked about water as we had been travelling and obviously didn't have any drinking water, he pointed to a local shop that was still open, they did not provide any. There was also no toiletries of any description in the room, not even a tiny bar of soap! This didn't bother us as we obviously had our own stuff. The next morning we went for breakfast, not a great selection but there were hard boiled eggs and bread, no butter and no toaster though! There were cereals that my grandson tried and he said they were soggy and stale. We still tried to remain positive as the pool was clean and there were lots of sunbeds, it wasn't the cleanest of areas but we thought we'd be fine. When the bar had been open and we'd had a couple of latte's from the machine and some soft drinks we asked for a beer. This is when we realised how bad things were, no beer of any description and no spirits, the choice was white or red wine and the wine was in the fridge! My son in law only drinks beer and I tend to stick with a few beers in the day as well. Although I like a drink I don't think I can drink wine all day and night? We then sampled the lunch, we decided at this point that we would ask a travel guy from down the road for a recommendation for dinner and eat out that night. As it was Sunday our travel company said they couldn't do anything that day. We were moved out by the next day and by then we'd seen the whole of the hotel. Everywhere was run down neglected and dirty. We pursued this most of the next day and got moved to a hotel that seemed like heaven later the next day. The other thing I've neglected to mention is the chickens, they seem to be all around and the cocks start crowing at about 2 a.m. and carry on through until after 8 a.m. My advice unless this hotel changes management, don't go there? It could be a lovely little place if it was tidied up and refurbished, sadly at the present time it's not!

The hotel was advertised as being next to a private beach, with beautiful rooms, free Wi-Fi, etc. The fact is, it is NOT next to the sea, and the beach is NOT private. The WI-Fi is NOT free, but costs $1 every time you sign on, and is ONLY in the lobby area. The rooms are NOTHING like the one in the advertisement, but very spartan and dirty and mostly in disrepair. The "All-Inclusive" in that hotel means the same meager buffet breakfast every day, and very simple, unappetizing lunches and suppers. If you wish to use their game facilities such as billiards or Ping Pong, you pay every time. The hotel has no lift, or staff to carry your luggage up the stairs. They have a pool, but you must bring your own towels as the hotel doesn't let you use their towels at the pool or "Private beach". So to make a nightmare holiday good, we rented a car and ate out.
