Viking Nona Beach

I've only been on vacation here a week, but it was the worst hotel I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of places... Pros of the hotel: very cool sea, views, mountains, location of the hotel is also normal, in the center, around many shops and coffee shops, the food is good enough, it is not abundant and not much varied breakfasts, but you could eat in every meal. I'd rate it four out of five going here. All the pluses are gone... Cons: I'll start from minor to critical. 1) very stuffy everywhere the air conditioners don't work well, in my second room it didn't turn on at all 2) everything is very jerky and it can be seen that has been in use for a long time. Linen and towels smelled damp, pillows and mattresses too as if they had been in use for several years at least. 3) Cherry on the cake so to speak- bedbugs :) The first night I saw a bug and thought it was just a bug, because I didn't know what bedbugs looked like On the third night, about five or seven of them crawled into the next bed, and then I realized it was And at 1:30 a.m., after packing my bags, I went to the reception, filming the bedbugs. They couldn't move me, because there were no places or rooms available, whether that was true or not, I don't know. I've just had my laundry re-suited, but it certainly doesn't help. And I just stayed up all night, awake, sleeping with bugs that didn't want to bite. At 8:00 a.m., I got a room change, but the clothes that were on the bed went in bags, they can't wear them because they could lay an egg there. After the room change, I was called to the front desk and asked to write an explanatory note. As for the type that I have no complaints, but I did write all about the situation with bedbugs, to which the worker at the reception said: "Well, you may not write about it, who is interested..." But why was I in ***** 1! Nobody gives a shit about this problem 2! They checked people into the same room the next day. I just urge you not to come here, just because of the way people are treated here. There are a lot of hotels with better service and condition for the same money

They treated us well and kindly throughout our stay at the hotel. We thank them very much. And the hotel's central location and proximity to the sea were a great advantage for us.
