Ceres Hotel

Rubbish hotel, rude staff and food that was super undercooked don't go there! Practically all the rooms with air con didn't work I went to the staff and asked why, and he said he didnt care! Absolutely hate this hotel.

Administrator Yusov is terrible. The first time I ruined my mood, I said I couldn't see our reservation. When we said we booked through Tutu, said they didn't work with them🙄. In order not to dampen the mood until the circumstances were clarified, the room was paid in cash (twice as much). Payment after two hours of nerve-racking and relationship-finding was finally sorted out. The next night, I met us in high tones, saying: check out, you already have a checkout, your agency only paid the cost of one day. Once again, I had to pay extra to keep my spirits up. I have a question: why should we come on holiday and work out the money between the hotel and the agency? Here, the extra money was reimbursed without a problem. But this bad man at the front desk ruined the hotel impression with his attitude.

Worst holiday ever hotel manager was so rude! No one can speak English! It's full of Russians and Ukrainians! I had 3 weeks there 3 days would of been to long 😞 Every day it was just chicken the food was horrible!! Never ever again It's Put me of going back to turkey
