Lovely hotel for family vacation. I advise you all.

We arrived at the hotel at 7am, immediately we were sent for breakfast and use the grounds. Check in at 14, but promised to check in at 12, since the villa. Indeed at 12 offered a room at the furthest villa 41, but we waited and we were accommodated near the main pool 15 villa. The room is very nice, nice new renovation, with a sofa under the window, with a balcony, but the water pressure is very low, the countertop behind the sink is crumbling. We got bitten by some bugs in this room, so we moved into the 32nd villa. It was the same room, but much fresher, cleaner and newer in the bathroom, and better water pressure, but still weak. There are two sheets on the bed, because one big one they don't have) in general the bed linen is quite rigid when you sleep everything itches like sand. In the bathroom, the sand stayed all vacation, the room mopped the floors very mediocrely. The minibar was replenished daily, it is free (beer in cans, water with magnesium, plain water, pepper, sprite, fanta). I also want to point out that on the grounds, and especially in the lobby, there are very dirty toilets all the time, it really spoils the impression. That was the end of the downside! The grounds are beautiful, there is everything and more! Kids' Town, water park for the tiniest, for older kids and adults, but nowhere is there a restriction and our two-year-old raced her older kids down huge slides, that's even a credit! The pools are clean, there is no strong smell of chlorine, swimming is very nice. Lifeguards are doing great, everyone's being watched, everyone's keeping up. By the pools there are bungalows and sunbeds, all occupy them on the first day of vacation and all the way, just leave their belongings and the staff don't touch them, it's also very convenient. Right across from the water park is a wild beach with turtle masonry, this beach is beautiful! Sandy entrance, excellent building depth, nice waves, very spacious and few people. But we didn't like the hotel beach that we have to go to across the bridge at all. Bars all over the place. Alcohol is good, nuts are given all day. Ice cream is free from 11 to 17 and not the usual of trays, but a portion in packages and different kinds. Snacks all day too, burgers are very decent with a quality beef patty. Generally meals at the level, themed dinners (burito quesadiLya tacos, rolls, squid shrimp, Turkish evening) , strawberries are many and very good, apricots are chic, peaches, nectarines, melons, watermelons, dried fruits different, lucums of all kinds, simite and other pastries. The pink wine is very nice. On the territory there are shops, but prices are really space. Pack of cookies in migros - 5 euros, in dutifri - 9 euros, in hotel - 22 euros )))) Show and animation are beyond praise! And gymnasts, magicians, and minidisco, live music, children are entertained in general all day, free workshops, crafts, child and adult yoga, water polo twice a day for adults, Olympic Games and everything so organized that you want to participate) There's a spa on the property and it was the best 3 hours of treatment. Girls try very hard, washing, rubbing, smearing, massage generally the best in life! There's gestrations on the lobby all day, they help me with everything, they're friendly, but before they left, they ordered lunch box, he asked me a few questions, and in the end they weren't there, but the guy at the front desk gave me strangers and reordered new people. Almost all the staff are Russian-speaking (Kazakhs and Caucasians), very high-quality perform their work. Generally the hotel is super , we holidayed company and it was a lot of fun, definitely come back again!

Relaxed in July, really enjoyed the time tested here, interesting and varied program every day, gorgeous sets. Lots of places and bars to eat and drink. Clean rooms and pool area. The beach is neat and well maintained.
