Had an amazing time at Tui Magic Life Belek! Amazing resort with loads to do, whether it was being lazy or active. It was my kids 1st time abroad and they loved it. Was great that we could watch the World Cup too! Loved how European it felt too and not full of Brits (despite us coming from the UK) which made the experience better. Special shout out to Omer at the real pool who was simply amazing and attentive and made us feel like we had known him for years. He provided beer, water and coca cola regularly and is definitely an asset to the resort. The other staff were great too esp the housekeeping staff. Kids didn't use the teen club as only went up to age 15 but they were able to make friends with other teenagers. (Language barrier no issue). Would definitely return! Loving our experience at this hotel. Staff great , especially the animation team who are so much fun and so enthusiastic! The hotel puts on some brilliant "events"... especially loved the foam party and pool party!!! ..Food is plentiful,with so much choice even the fussiest person could find something to eat ...and that's three times a day ! The kitchen/ chefs really do work extremely hard ,and the waiting staff are constantly clearing and asking you about drinks orders- really hard work but most of them are ready with a smile , and are friendly and chatty......cleaners in public areas are constantly cleaning ..a tough job to do smiling when it's 50 degrees...OG LM on roller skates bringing drinks to your sunbed is great,he learnt our preferred drinks very quickly 🤣🤣,.he definitely deserves a special mention !!!Rooms are fairly spacious for two people with quite a comfortable bed but quite hard pillows which don't suit me ,so if you really like a soft pillow then pack one!! Housekeeping very good .in and out without any fuss keeping rooms clean ...and if anything is wrong - we had an issue with our aircon- they arrived really quickly......There is a basic pump hand wash in the bathroom and shower but no "extras" like shampoo and conditioner,or shower caps as the hotel tries to minimalise waste ...largest swimming pool is so lovely and warm that you could stay in it all day if you wanted too, but strangely the small pools for little ones are quite cold....bars are located throughout the complex and although not top shelf brands ,we can't tell the difference - perfectly acceptable , especially in a cocktail! We like to escape to the wonderful ( air conditioned) coffee shop in the heat of the day....good coffee and nice cakes and macarons to last you until dinner.,then from 9.30 pm - 7am it's open with nice rolls and cakes in case you get peckish in the early hours!!!!..there is a small games room with quite a few different (very addictive 🤣) games, not just for children ! Decent prizes too and the lady that runs it is really friendly and kind to the kids....the inclusive water sports were really good fun- you don't get hours but you can go every day if you want to....paid a visit to the "green curry" restaurant but although again the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble ,the main course for all of us was disappointing - meat wasn't at all tender , although had it been ,the meal would have been very good .....red wine very acceptable! .... location is a little way from the nearest town- about 4miles ,but taxis extremely reasonable and drivers very friendly,and hotel call them for you- arrived in minutes....all in all we've had an absolutely brilliant time, and nothing would stop us coming again as soon as we can!!
