I rarely write reviews. But I felt like it. We were on vacation from September 7th to 15th. Upon arrival, we are greeted by a beautiful building and a reception. We arrived early at 8 am, so I immediately asked about checking in for an extra fee. And we went to look at the rooms. The first room was not cleaned and was very small even though it was for 3 people. There was a 1.5m bed and a small sofa for a child, which was completely unsatisfactory. You can't even put a suitcase there. Let's go see the 2-room family room, it turned out to be better, but in a different building on the 3rd floor whose windows overlooked the stage and music plays there until 11 PM, so you won't fall asleep early. In general, we moved into it with an extra payment of 200 green. The numbers are old, but they painted over them with paint over even the wood, and replaced the tiles and changed the doors to update it somehow. You can't sleep with the air conditioner, it's noisy and old, and on the last day the indoor unit smoked. The diet is monotonous from day to day, without flair. In the evening, lots of grilled peppers with tomatoes. In the morning, apparently, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers). We ate and drank everything and didn't get poisoned. The bar is only good outside, thanks to the two bartenders. They pour as you ask, they don't spare. 200 meters to the beach, 7 minutes at a relaxed pace, and 2 large playgrounds outside the area to walk with the child in the evening. Pebble beach, not a steep drop. The sea is clean. On the territory of 2 large pools, clean, open until 6 PM, after that everything is chlorinated, they are quite warm, but the sea is warmer. There is a small 30cm pool for babies, but even my legs were cramping from the cold in it. The slides at the water park were only touched once, they work very little. But they are trying for 4 stars, but based on experience, I won't give more than 3.

We didn’t booked this hotel but the other hotel didn’t have our reservation. This was the only option our travel agency had. At first we were happy with the hotel. It looks good, drinks where good, good WiFi and the room are clean. The animation is awesome! Couple of them speak English which is great for us. The animation did everything to give us an amazing time! Really thankful for that! But after een couples of days we found out w are the only European people in this hotel. Which is not a problem to us. But for the other hotel guest it was. We were getting stared off, people where looking angry at us, people threw doors in our faces, they talked about us and while they are talking they are looking at us. Someone got angry because we were smoking outside. Some of staff members here where great! The cleaning ladies are very kind, some bar people are kind and tried speaking English with us. Other than that please don’t come to this hotel if your not Russian. We felt discriminated, not accepted and felt unsafe in this hotel. Maybe when your Russian it’s different but for us it wasn’t een great holiday and we will never come back here and will never recommend this hotel to somebody. But again there are some people that work here are really amazing en they really tried to give us a good stay here.

The hotel is not bad, excellent adult and children's animation, almost all vacationers are Russian, the food is good, well maybe the breakfasts need to be diversified, bars are 4+, the sea is warm and clean, the entrance is rocky, I don't like it much, the rooms are tired, but you can live there. They lived in two different rooms, one was cleaned, the other wasn't! The staff is varied, friendly, and the exact opposite. The biggest disappointment was the hotel guide Alevtina; apparently, she forgot that she works there as service staff, not as a director, and her job is not to help tourists and solve their problems, but to push the tour and that's it. (Near the sea, "at Yasha," all tours are half the price) I even had to write a complaint to Fan San. The guides there are useless. Overall 4, satisfied with the vacation.
