Great service and delicious food, but there is still room for improvement in the details. I like to start with the positive points: The food was really very delicious and varied. A small suggestion for improvement here would be to label the dishes more clearly as to whether they are vegetarian or not. While that was clearly visible for some dishes, unfortunately it was not for all of them. You really have to give extra points for the service! The entire team was super friendly, attentive, and simply top-notch. The rest of the hotel staff also always had a smile on their faces. Now for the points where the hotel unfortunately still needs to improve: I found the public restrooms to be very uncomfortable and in need of improvement. The cleanest restroom was actually the one at the beach. In the other areas, it unfortunately often smelled of urine, it was dirty, and also quite slippery due to the wetness. Although the cleaning schedules were always signed, the condition was unfortunately not inviting to me. In addition, it would be time to completely replace the moldy silicone joints. You might want to come up with a technical solution for the room doors. Since many guests unfortunately do not close the doors quietly, they slam into the lock very loudly, which disturbs the night's rest. Also, the loud moving of chairs in the dining hall around 11 p.m. at night is very inconvenient when you already want to sleep, as the building is quite sound-permeable overall. The bathroom in the room has also unfortunately seen better days. It would be a good idea here to replace the bathtubs when the opportunity arises and to regularly check the shower gel dispensers to ensure they are working. A great step toward sustainability would also be to switch from disposable cups to high-quality reusable plastic cups throughout the entire hotel. Animal welfare starts small. However, they do not want to know anything about that here. Before spending the money to have the cats on the premises neutered, they prefer to print thousands of flyers stating that it is a general problem in Turkey and that one should not feed the animals. That money could have been invested in the animals. Other hotels are definitely further along here. I have seen that done better before. However, not at your place! You should definitely pay more attention to animal welfare here. In terms of safety, there is a spot between the bridge and the slides where urgent action should be taken. It is extremely slippery there – I saw for myself how a woman had a nasty fall there. Last but not least, I noticed that the refrigerator at the pool bar urgently needs a thorough cleaning again. The rest of the area there also unfortunately seemed a little unclean.

Pool, food, and beach were wonderful Nevertheless, the accessible bathrooms are not equipped (e.g., no shelves for shower items.) The party in the evening could be better. We do not think the hotel is worth 5 stars. ☺️

Decent hotel, not enough staff near the beach during the day or sunset to keep it safe. Mr PHOTOTEAM got in my face at sunset and intimidated me. We almost had a fight. I asked him where he worked and he said QUEEN ALBA
