Alba Resort Hotel

Hello. We were on vacation with the family. Husband, wife, and 4-year-old daughter. We stayed at this hotel previously in May 2025 as a group of 4 people (+Grandmother 60+). This hotel fully meets our requirements. Beautiful green area, zoo, wonderful beach, 2 pools, slides for those who want. Good (and safe) food, ice cream, and sweets for a child. The fish and Italian à la carte are quite good, but I do not recommend the Turkish one (on the beach). Good alcohol in the lobby bar, the main thing is don't skimp on the tips. Personally, I am delighted with the spa area, I went for a massage every other day - I recommend it. The wonderful Russian-speaking girl Olga is ready to help with any questions, special thanks to her! Last year we lived in building 5 (where the spa area is), this year in building 6 (near the quiet pool). Each location had its own pros))) Daily cleaning, the quality of cleaning satisfied us (we left tips every day). We went to the animation a couple of times, it is mainly aimed at Germans, but we are not fans of such entertainment). We feel safe in this hotel and will gladly come back!

The biggest disappointment in my life. The staff especially reception including managers do not care about the fact that kids feel miserable and have no accommodation to sleep together with parents. Food is catastrophic. Hotel is dirty with spiders in beds. No cleaning. Table clothes in buffet are dirty and wrinkled. Mini bar in rooms has only 2 bottles of wanter and 1 fanta ( such a joke for all inclusive). Please do not spend your money at this place. You will be treated like trash here not like guest.

The hotel was very, very good; it was clean, spacious, and many guests liked the entertainment very much. The rooms were modern and large, and the service was very nice. We particularly liked the scooter service at the pool, which was provided by Kerem, a nice young man, which meant that one could always get something to drink at the pool as well. This service was so good that by the end he already knew which drink one wanted and one only had to look at him. He gets a clear 10/10 points from us.
