I would like to share our experience at Crystal Admiral Aqua Collection. We checked into the hotel with our family on 16 June 2026. On the very first day, all the cash we had placed in the locked safe in our room disappeared: USD 3,300, EUR 750, PLN 150 and UAH 20,000. When we discovered the loss, the safe was still locked. The empty envelopes in which the money had been kept were still inside, and there were no visible signs of forced entry. We immediately informed the hotel management and called the gendarmerie. We gave an official statement, and the case was passed to the Turkish authorities. During our discussions with the hotel, we were told that similar incidents had not happened there before. However, after returning home, we found a number of public reviews from other guests describing similar incidents involving money or valuables at the same hotel, including reports relating to periods before our stay. We also learned that there were no surveillance cameras in the residential corridors, the safe did not keep an electronic history of openings, and it was not possible to establish when or how it had been accessed. Later, a representative of Crystal Hotels contacted me directly and raised the possibility of a “final settlement”. I replied that, at a minimum, I expected reimbursement of the money that had disappeared. He later informed me that he had discussed the case with a board member and would return to the matter after that person came back from the United States. As of today, I have still received neither a concrete settlement proposal nor compensation. I am writing this review so that other travellers can take our experience into account, especially when deciding how to store cash and valuables at the hotel. I definitely do not recommend it; first of all, the front desk staff were very rude. Despite mentioning it beforehand, they refused to give us a room on the lower floors. We told them every morning, but they just brushed us off saying the rooms were full, even though dozens of rooms are being vacated right before our eyes every day. We had no electricity at the hotel, we ate in the dark, and there was no air conditioning or snack bar service all day. It was a complete disaster, never again.

Hello, I stayed at the hotel from September 13-19, 2026, as a family of 3 adults and 2 children. When I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, I wasn't allowed into reception and was told I would be at 7 am. However, everyone who arrived by tour bus, taxi, and VIP checked in and slept on the lobby sofas. My family and I were kept waiting outside until 7 am. This is the first thing; absolutely do not go, zero points... The hotel is full of germs. In the dining hall, everyone is eating with their hands. People are in crowded queues. The à la carte is advertised as free and unlimited, but after 8 pm, no one is allowed in. It's supposedly open until 11 pm, but there are no staff to take your order. Complaints upon complaints. As for the restaurant, they've created a children's section, but there's no baby formula. Two boxes arrive, and someone comes and takes one box of milk and formula and leaves. The others don't have it; you ask for more, and they don't have any staff to bring. No, the spoons, plates, and glasses were filthy, they rewashed the plastic cups and gave them back, they were disgusting, they made donuts, everything was like a rock, the chocolates were inedible, they advertised meat doner as a 24-hour snack but after 3 pm there was nothing left, only chicken wings and pizza, nothing else, what kind of business is this? We were miserable for the last 3 days at the hotel, our child had a 40-degree fever from the filth and we had to spend time in the hospital, don't go there, the sea is completely rocky, it cuts your feet, I give zero points, zero zero zero.......
