First of all, the sea and the beach are terrible. Don't be fooled by the photos. The sea is wide and flat throughout, covered in places with very sharp rocks, and very shallow. Unfortunately, my toenail broke off at the root when I hit it on a rock. Thanks to this, we learned to walk like Neil Armstrong did on the moon, even as we stepped into the sea. Secondly, the animation is practically nonexistent. You not only fail to entertain yourself, but you also end up entertaining your child yourself. I recommend getting 3 pins if you can turn them to your side. The beach is far away; you have to wait in line to get there by golf cart. The food is simply amazing, it evokes a sense of déjà vu. As a former tourism professional, this is my opinion. I deeply regret choosing this hotel this summer, unfortunately. Syg.

The Sense De Luxe is inside a large, elaborate hotel. The very high ceilings and wide corridors in the public areas give it an uninviting impression. Especially because 70% of the beautiful lighting is not turned on and everything remains dark, during the day and at night. This is also the reason why the beautiful bar on the -1st floor of the restaurant remains almost empty every evening. The beautiful terraces on the floors are also always shrouded in darkness in the evening. Because they are not used. The very spacious dining room is not efficiently laid out, so you always have to sit at a table for 4 or 6 people; there are no tables for 2. This causes there to always be a lack of space. The acoustics are not optimal due to the high space and the surface, which gives an unpleasant "refter" feeling. The swimming pools are almost inaccessible for the slightly older guests. Of the steps you can take in the pool, the steps are 45/50 cm high, and there is no handrail to start this dangerous climb. Same for the "Silent Pool". with a few steps accessible after crossing a small bridge where you also have no handhold to get into the water. Cleanliness is 100% here. And a feather for the kitchen, the food is delicious. With a few exceptions, friendliness is nowhere to be found among all the staff. A simple greeting is too much to ask for most people, even though my partner and I greet everyone kindly. It was our first visit to this hotel, but a second one will not come for us. We had much higher expectations of this hotel. Atmosphere and coziness are nowhere to be found here.

I returned to this hotel in September after my first visit in April, because everything was perfect, from the reception staff to all the other employees, including the excellent food. What drew me back to this hotel was the approach and behavior of all the staff towards the guests. The beach would be absolutely perfect if it weren't for the stones and rocks in the sea, just like the staff 🤗
