Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
The beds were a catastrophe, so hard that you only had pain and were tense. My 11-year-old son got a folding bed that was also very uncomfortable. After complaining, blankets were placed underneath after being told several times, which helped for 1-2 days.
Furthermore, there was only still water and sparkling water in the minibar.
I know it differently in 5-star hotels. There were meat dishes, but for grilled meat, it was disappointingly only chicken. The slides were limited in time, and so was the ice cream at the pool.
On the other hand, it cost money at the beach (popsicles).
Unfortunately, we were not satisfied and returned tense with back pain.
