not for disabled no lifts steep stairs ,many high steps we booked with tui who said they would e mail hotel requesting sutible room, Manager said they nothing to do with tui !food not nice ,you pay for drinks ? the gate by the pool is left open so anyone can wander in off the street !.The spa across the road workers mingle with tourists in hotel pretending to have a great spa. my disabled wife fell for it and was made to pay £260 to get out the building bullied by 5 burly men ! choose another hotel if i was you

Cleanliness and great service, they come to my mind first. The hotel is well-kept and there is plenty of room in the restaurant, as well as by the pool. Food was tasty and fresh. A bit repetitius, though, with limited choice. But if you a just looking for nourishment with tasty food, it's perfect. There is no lift and the hotel has 4 floors. Reception (where you get out to the street) on 3th, and restaurant and pool 1th. So there is no way avoiding stairs. Location is quite good. There are several shops within short distance. Customers have opportunity to use beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. It takes about 15 min to walk there. Beach is very nice, shallow, and sunbeds are in good condition. Drinks are sold in reasonable price.

The hotel never had a lift; you must walk up and down the stairs to reach the restaurant (bottom floor and the reception (3rd floor. Do not book from TUI, as the hotel is listed on their website but is private, and TUI did not offer any help with accommodation, food quality, or drink quality...you must pay for everything, which is not what ALL INCLUSIVE is about... so much misleading information...better pick a different hotel!
