We were here as a family with two small children (3 years and 5 months) for two weeks and had a nice time overall. First, we would like to clearly highlight the many positive things. The outdoor area is truly beautiful, the food tasted very good to us, and we were very satisfied with it during our entire stay. Especially with children, we thought it was great that the facility offers so many options. We were able to do something different every day: sometimes to a different pool, sometimes to the big or small slides, and sometimes to the sea. We also liked the daily program. We also found it very practical that we could get to the restaurant quickly from our room. With two small children, that is really pleasant. We experienced the entire staff as very friendly, warm, and eager to help. We never had the feeling that anyone did not want to help. On the contrary: The staff always made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. A special thank you goes to Meriam from Guest Relations. She took care of us very kindly and handled our requests. We would also like to especially praise our housekeeper from room 1103. Upon our arrival, the toilet was unfortunately not yet clean, but she subsequently took care of it very thoroughly. She was always extremely friendly and regularly delighted us with beautifully folded towels and little surprises in the room. Such little things will definitely remain in our positive memory. We would still like to honestly address a few points, as we believe they could be helpful for the further development of the hotel. We had our room in building 1. Here you can notice in some places that the equipment is no longer brand new. For us, for example, the toilet seat was loose and the balcony door could not be locked at first. The refrigerator was also relatively loud, which is why we turned it off at night. The problems with the toilet and the balcony door were finally fixed after we reported them. For us as a family, however, the noise situation was particularly difficult. Due to a missing seal on the entrance door, a relatively large amount of noise from the hallway and stairwell came into the room. The balcony door was also not particularly soundproof. For us as a family with a three-year-old child and a five-month-old baby, this was difficult, especially in the first week, as our three-year-old child was woken up multiple times at night by noises. We addressed the various points several times at the reception and also reported them via the TUI app. We also showed the problems directly to the staff on site. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, as not every employee at the reception speaks German or English. We therefore generally tried to speak English, as we do not want to assume that every employee must speak German. All employees were nevertheless friendly and tried to help us. In retrospect, Meriam explained to us that we should contact Guest Relation directly or use the TUI app for such problems. That was helpful for us to know. We were also told that a room change would have been possible in principle. Since we had already asked for a room change after the first night, it was a bit of a shame for us that this could not be implemented at first. Ultimately, most of the problems were resolved and we were able to enjoy our stay. Therefore, we would like to explicitly emphasize that, despite the initial difficulties, we are overall glad to have been here. Our impression of the hotel is therefore very positive overall: a beautiful property, good food, a great many options for families, and above all, very friendly staff who truly strive to ensure that guests have a wonderful time. We only wish that the initial room problems had been solved a bit faster and that we had had a quieter sleeping situation from the beginning. If these points are better addressed during a future stay, we can very well imagine returning. Had a brilliant 9 night visit to Aqi Pegasos World and loved it. Huge hotel with plenty pool sections and separate kids pools with slides, this apart from the water theme park. More than enough sun beds and some areas covered, ideal for young families, or anyone seeking a bit more shade. Plenty bars I counted 6 and (despite a previous review oh here recently). there is a bar in the food hall serving alcohol and soft drinks, it might be some people prefer a soft drink while eating, we do. Staff around side were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, to many to name but a special mention to Habil, who told us he’s been there 17 years and loves it, he was always willing to help us, and asks us if we were enjoying our holiday. JiJi who’s from the hamman team it was a pleasure to meet such a lovely and genuine individual who like us, enjoyed a chat. Our room cleaner and I must apologise as I have forgotten her name sorry, little things like stopping us in the corridor and running into her storage cupboard and then present a flower to my other half, she absolutely adored that. The food was plentiful and varied there was even a Vegan corner which was handy for us, we were not disappointed with the variety on offer. Ice cream kiosk, a potato truck serving fries and three restaurants on site. Entertainment was first class throughout the site from live shows at the amphitheater and live shows and music at the island bars, to karaoke at the beach bar and also a disco. A a mention for the daytime foam party. Plenty of added extras everyday from darts, archery, Boccia, Football, table tennis and lots more free of charge for adults and kids, you just had to book the activities that you wanted to do all included. Honestly we loved it and thought it could’ve been a better if we had brought the grandkids with us. Got to mention that they do have shops on site selling bags, shoes, gold and silver jewellery and more. WiFi throughout the site was fantastic in our room at the pool on the beach, there was no issue being connected. One thing that did happen a few times was the loss of power on site, only for a minute or so, we thought it was quite funny and romantic lol. A little gripe was the on site shop for snacks, soft drinks, beer, and various other goods, we thought was quite pricey. Overall we enjoyed it and next time we will take the grand kids as we think they’ll love it.
