Risus Hotel Side

Back with my husband from this hotel 12.06, been there for six days. This hotel is more 4* than 3*. There's a lot of food, all delicious, greens, fruit, desserts. During meals, waiters periodically come over and check whether to get you something to drink from the bar. There are very few Russians in the hotel, mainly Europeans, Germans, Turks. The staff is not Russian speaking, so the interpreter is helping you, they also communicate with him. In 2023, the hotel was renovated, so the photos on the site do not match, it is much cozier now, other sunbeds, there is a water slide even. The rooms are big, we had a standard, it turned out to be a two-bedroom with a small kitchen and even a balcony. Cleaning every day, how many times towels and linen were changed - I don't know, didn't follow up on that) Cards give out beach towels, free of charge, which is important for 3*. You can change them for fresh ones every day. Transfer to the beach there at 9, 10, 13 and 16, return 10:05, 1:05 and 16:05. We always rode the first one and left at 1:05 p.m. for lunch, four hours in the scorching sun was enough. The beach is sandy, clean, the sunbeds are very good, wooden, with umbrellas, they were always enough for everyone, all free) The pool is also good, very clean, almost every day they swam in it. There's music at the bar tonight, but the plastic windows muffle it all perfectly, and there was nothing to stop you from sleeping. The water in the hotel is not from the cooler, but from small closed glasses, as in all of Turkey, very convenient. Nice location of the hotel, near migros, waikiki, center, cool market, where very pleasant prices. If we get the chance, we'll rest here again.

Read all the old reviews and throw them out of the window, the room was dirty only cleaned twice in 10 days after we asked for it to be cleaned bare in mind you can’t flush toilet paper so I will leave it too your imagination,no entertainment on the night like the website implies no food on a night again like the website implies holes in the sheets and the top cover we where the only British family there and it was blatantly obvious they had no intention to help us in anyway, myself and my 20 year old daughter had to endure constant leering when around the pool the shower head broke two days before we left twice we asked for it to be mended the last reply from a member of staff was may be it will be mended! The hole experience of this apartment hotel was really bad such a shame it will not put me off re visiting turkey again but never would I consider this hotel.

Small rooms not suitable for families, we booked two family rooms and to our surprise we got two rooms one seperate levels and locations we ask if we could change the room they gave us heaps of promises with endless lies, I wouldn’t visit the place nothing what I know now, I would recommend doing your research and pay only after seeing the rooms as they refused to give us the refund
