This is a family run hotel and is located one row back from the promenade where the hotel has a small private beach with sunbeds. The hotel does have a pool and sunbeds. You can walk 10 mins to the ruins and Old Side Town one way, and the other you can walk past all the big hotels, shopping streets or just stop for a drink along the way If you want to go further the Dolmus bus runs until midnight and you can visit other local towns. There is a Saturday Market and also 2 markets Monday/Thursday in the town of Manavgat which you get to by bus The restaurant is spotless and plates etc are taken away once you've finished and floors etc cleaned in readiness for the next meal. The cleaners for rooms and communal areas are on shift from 8.30am until late afternoon and work really hard to keep areas clean, especially as there are garden areas which are also shedding leaves etc so need sweeping constantly. We have been going to this hotel since 2016 and since Covid go twice a year. We are now considered as "family" with everyone from owner and his family, all staff including cleaners and kitchen staff, which makes you feel it is not just your money they are after. If you have any queries about anything you can just ask and it is usually dealt with ASAP. Check in and out was very good, and if you were a bit early for your room, you were still allowed to get a drink and food if the restaurant is open. There is a weekly Turkish night with outdoor barbecue and dance group. If you like animals there is a resident dog (Maya) and some new resident white kittens (there is also obviously a couple of strays) At the bottom of the walkway there is a bird aviary with about 20+ plus different birds. There are hammocks and sofas outside, with a dart board and snooker tables. There is also a Hamman on site with a really helpful owner The walkways are covered both sides with lots of shrubs and flowers and looks amazing when in bloom. If it is someone's birthday or celebratory event, a table is decorated for you which is lovely. All in all I cannot fault anything about this holiday. I would say that if you learnt a couple of Turkish words like Hello and Thankyou, that goes a long way with the staff and is appreciated.

Upon arrival at the hotel we was greeted by friendly reception staff, we booked last minute and put a accessibility request in 2/3 days prior to arriving and the staff had already recieved and gave us an easy accessible room. The rooms were cleaned every single day. Beds made and towels changed. We had a visit to the spa which I think was a little over priced but definitely worth a trip there. The restaurant its self was clean, your plates cleared within seconds of you finishing, the food was great. There was always food you would find to eat even if you was fussy, the outside bbq they out on twice whilst we was there was great the food was amazing. The pool was nice, the only thing that isn’t advertised was at 5:30 you are asked to leave the pool and the pool side all together as they remove loungers, clean the floor and put tables outside to dine at which wasn’t a big deal for us as by this point as a family we was upstairs showering howvlever this should be put in hotel description. The best part of our holiday was the staff, a massive shout out to agy, luigi and Dori ( Bahadir, medet and dojan) they made our holiday amazing with their friendly manners, always attentive to us. Great with their kids, always made time to stop and speak to both us and the children. Try their hardest with little English always had a smile on their faces and were just completely amazing with us Thankyou guys for making our holiday so special for us.
