Sural Hotel

The excellent vacation at your hotel left the most pleasant impressions! I especially want to note the impeccable service and professionalism of the staff. All employees were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and modernly equipped. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location also turned out to be very convenient. All necessary shops, restaurants, and attractions were within walking distance. I want to thank you separately for the wonderful breakfast that gave me energy for the whole day. I will gladly return again and recommend this hotel to everyone looking for the perfect combination of comfort and quality!

We vacationed at the Süral Resort with our friends in August. It was our first stay at this hotel and we were very satisfied. The location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the food, and above all the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were truly outstanding. We would especially like to thank Ms. Gülistan from guest relations. She supported us very kindly during our entire stay and was always helpful with all requests.

I only had the opportunity to stay for 3 days, but I had a very fulfilling time. I owe a debt of gratitude to all my colleagues who worked so selflessly. Thank you for your hard work. We would like to thank Ms. Mümine, who is responsible for room cleaning, the staff working at the bar, and the staff working in the animation team. See you again, Süral Hotel team Unfortunately, it was very short this time.
